Abstract
Dermaga batubara PT Gresik Jasatama terletak di Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur. Struktur dermaga batubara didesain untuk memperlancar pendistribusian batubara lewat transportasi laut.
Pada Tugas akhir ini dermaga tersebut direncanakan untuk kapal 2 x 5.000 DWT yang meliputi perencanaan dimensi dan penulangan struktur sandar dan tambat kapal. Struktur atas dermaga (Plat lantai, Balok, dan Pile Cap) menggunakan beton bertulang dengan cor ditempat (in situ). Sedangkan struktur bawah dermaga menggunakan tiang pancang baja dan posisi pemasangan tiang pancang ini direncanakan sedemikian rupa agar mampu menahan gaya vertikal dan horizontal. Dalam perencanaan struktur dermaga ini, dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SAP2000 v 14. Penetapan dimensi mengacu pada Standard Design Criteria for Ports in Indonesia, 1984, Tata Cara Perhitungan Struktur Beton untuk Bangunan Gedung SNI 03 - 2847 – 2013, Perencanaan Pelabuhan, Bambang Triatmodjo, 2009.
Dari perhitungan yang penulis rencanakan, juga di uraikan tentang metode pelaksanaan pemancangan tiang pancang, yang nantinya diharapkan dapat memperlancar proses bongkar muat batubara.
Dalam Tuas akhir terapan ini, terdapat 2 struktur yang di hitung diantaranya pertama mooring dolphin sebagai struktur khusus untuk tambat kapal dan dermaga itu sendiri sebagai penggerak segala kegiatan bongkar muat batu bara. Struktur bawah direncanakan menggunakan pondasi tiang pancang baja (steel pipe pile) diameter 609,6mm tebal 16mm pada seluruh struktur dermaga. Untuk struktur yang menggunakan beton, dipakai beton mutu f’c = 29,05 MPa seperti plat dermaga, balok, dan dipakai beton mutu fc’ = 41,5 MPa seperti pile cap, mooring dolphin, concrete filter pada pancang.
Dari hasil modifikasi desain dermaga batu bara diperoleh dimensi dermaga sepanjang 175m dan lebar 23,5m. Dimensi pelat tinggi 35 cm dan balok diantaranya untuk crane 600mm x 1000mm, balok melintang dan memanjang 600mm x 900m, balok tepi 300mm x 500m kemudian ada balok listplank 400mm x 1000mm, dan balok fender 1000mm x 3000mm. Dimensi pilecap 1200 x 1200 x 1200 untuk dermaga pile cap tegak, 2100 x 1200 x 1200 untuk dermaga pile cap miring. Dermaga menggunakan Jib Portal crane.

At the end of the port, this Task is planned to ship 2 x 5,000 DWT that includes planning dimension and reinforcement structure of the docking of the ship and the recliner. The upper structure of the Port (platform, beam and Pile Cap) using reinforced concrete with cast in place (in situ). Results from a modification of the design of the coal Port dock along the dimensions obtained 175m and width of 23, 5 m. Dimensions 35 cm high plates and beams which were for crane 600 mm x 1000mm, transverse beam and elongated 600 mm x 300 mm edges, beams 900m x 500 m then there is 400 mm listplank x 1000mm beam, and the beam fender 1000mm x 3000mm x 1200 Dimension pilecap. 1200 x 1200 for Port pile cap upright, 2100 x 1200 x 1200 for Port pile cap tilted. The dock using the Jib of Portal crane.
