Abstract
Jalan Tol Solo – Ngawi – Kertosono Ruas Ngawi –Kertosono Paket 3. Pembangunan ini diperuntukkan untuk memperlancar kegiatan transportasi dan ekonomi masyarakat Jawa Timur.
Pada Tugas Akhir Terapan ini akan dibahas tentang metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan, perhitungan volume pekerjaan, penentuan sumber daya, kapasitas produksi setiap jenis pekerjaan, waktu pelaksanaan dan rencana anggaran biaya dalam pelaksanaan perkerasan kaku Jalan Tol Solo – Ngawi-Kertosono Ruas Ngawi-Kertosono Paket 3 STA 121+100 SD 124+100. Gambar kerja digunakan sebagai acuan untuk menghitung volume. Spesifikasi digunakan landasan untuk menyesuaikan metode pekerjaa. Dan jadwal pelaksanaan yang ada hanya akan dipakai sebagai acuan pada hasil Tugas Akhir ini.
Dalam Tugas Akhir ini penulis ingin mencoba melakukan manajemen dengan bantuan Ms. Project dan diharapkan pembangunan ini lebih disiplin dalam bidang manajemen.

East Java Provincial government is doing some construction of facilities and infrastructure as a whole in order to improve living standards for public to equality in the area of physical development that serves both as a means of community service to public facilities continues till today.
Of the many existing development one of which is the construction of the Toll Road Solo – Ngawi – Kertosono Segment Ngawi –Kertosono Part 3. The development is intended to facilitate the transportation and economic activities in East Java.
This final project explain about construction method, volume calculation, laborers, capacity in every construction, schedule of implementation, anda cost calculation in Toll Road Solo – Ngawi – Kertosono Segment Ngawi –Kertosono Part 3 STA 121+100 until 124+100. Shop drawing is used as the reference of volume recalculation. Technic spesifications is used as the reference of work method adjustments. And construction duration as known is used as the reference on this final project.
This final project of author wanted to try doing this with the help of program management Ms. Project and construction in expected to be more disciplined in the field of management.
