Abstract
Desa Tulungrejo memiliki potensi lokal yang di miliki kawasan pedesaan. desa ini memiliki keunikan,keaslian, dan sifat khas yang berkaitan dengan kelompok masyarakat berbudaya yang secara hakiki dapat menarik minat pengunjung. Dari potensi-potensi yang ada di Desa Tulungrejo masyarakat dan pemerintah belum memanfaatkan secara optimal untuk dijadikan kawasan desa wisata, sehingga perlu adannya suatu rumusan arahan guna mengembangkan potensi kawasan desa wisata Tulungrejo
Teknik analisa yang di gunakan untuk mencapai tujuan dan sasaran yaitu teknik analisa delphi untuk menentukan faktor pendukung pengembangan desa wisata,analisa deskriptif kualitatif untuk menentukan arahan pengembangan desa wisata tersebut.
Hasil dari penelitian ini memiliki potensi sesuai dengan arahan pengembangan secara spasial dan non spasial.

Tulungrejo village has local potential in rural areas. This village has unique potency, authentic, and characteristic related to cultural society group that can attract the visitor. From the existing potentials in Tulungrejo Village, the community and the government have not utilized optimally to be a tourist village area, so it needs a direction statement to develop the potential of Tulungrejo tourist village area.
Analytical techniques used to achieve the goals and objectives is delphi analysis. This technique is used to determine the factors supporting the development of tourist villages. On the other hand qualitative descriptive analysis is used to determine the guidance for the tourist village development.
The results of this study can be chategorized into spatial and non spatial development guidance.
