Abstract

Pengelolaan peternakan yang ada di Indonesia rata-rata masih menggunakan cara konvensional. Adapun aplikasi yang dikembangkan untuk mengelola peternakan masih berupa aplikasi desktop yang tidak terintegrasi dengan jaringan. Aplikasi semacam itu tidak dapat digunakan untuk peternakan yang bersifat multiarea. Pengelola peternakan juga tidak dapat memantau peternakannya secara remote. Oleh karena itu butuh dikembangkan sebuah platform bisnis pemantuan peternakan berbasis komputasi awan. Dalam tugas akhir ini akan dikembangkan sebuah platform pemantuan peternakan dengan menggunakan komputasi awan sebagai pusat kegiatan perekaman, pengolahan dan analisa data. Komputasi yang dilakukan pada satu tempat memberikan kemudahan berupa integrasi data ketika melakukan pembaruan maupun perbaikan. Dengan menggunakan jaringan internet kegiatan-kegiatan tersebut dapat diakses secara remote dan realtime atau semi realtime. Sehingga dapat menghadirkan aplikasi pemantuan peternakan yang lebih efektif dan efisien bagi pengelola peternakan. =========================================================================================================
These days livestock farming can contribute to huge profit income to the farmers. One of problem in Indonesian livestock farming is manual data collection and analysis. Livestock management in Indonesia currently using traditional way which is not efficient. Some application developed for livestock management system still using desktop based which is not integrated by network. This kind of application is not fit to multi-area farming. Monitoring by remote cannot be reach by this system also. Besides, it need more cost because each farmer need to build and buy their application. Cloud computing technologies can be one of solutions to this problem through enhancing traditional livestock management system, by integrating processes, monitoring, operational farm management with cloud specific capabilities which will increase productivity and efficiency. Based on this idea I propose to develop a cloud based integrated intelligent system to improve efficiency in monitoring livestock condition. The cloud system provides information and data related to the farm and do analysis for each animal condition which will help farmers to take decision or supported the decision taking processes.
