Abstract
Perguruan Tinggi XYZ adalah lembaga pendidikan di Indonesia sejak tahun 1959. PT XYZ menyadari pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi adalah salah satu aspek utama yang dinilai dapat mengantarkan PT XYZ mencapai tujuan, sesuai dengan Visi Perguruan Tinggi XYZ dimana teknologi mempunyai peranan penting sebagai pilar penunjang kemajuan universitas. Dalam perjalanannya pengembangan Sistem Informasi ini memang tidak tanpa hambatan, beberapa masalah yang ditemui antara lain : banyak Fakultas sebelumnya membangun sistem sendiri dan menolak bergabung dengan sistem yang terpusat akibatnya menciptakan data-data yang terpisah dan menyulitkan integrasi, banyak investasi pengembangan sistem yang terbuang percuma disebabkan sistem tidak lagi dimaintain, keterbatasan personil / SDM dibidang IT baik dari segi kuantitas dan kualitas. Penelitian ini mencoba menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut dengan menggukanakan Kerangka IT- MasterPlan PT XYX berpondasi pada metode ITSP EKOJI 999. IT-MasterPlan PT XYZ membagi fokus area pengembangan ke dalam 4 (empat) titik fokus yang akan dilaksanakan secara terintegrasi. Keempat titik fokus diatas harus dilaksanakan secara terintegrasi karena masing-masing memiliki keterkaitan antara satu sama lain. IT-Masterplan PT XYZ diuji menggunakan Analisa Instrumen Evaluasi Adopsi dengan membandingkan kondisi eksisting dengan prakiraan kondisi setelah IT-Masterplan terimplementasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa IT-Masterplan membawa PT XYZ berada dikondisi dimana konsep pemanfaatan TIK pun telah mulai terlihat integrasinya dengan aktivitas belajar mengajar sehari-hari.

XYZ University is an educational institution in Indonesia since 1959. XYZ University is aware that the use of Information Technology is one of the main aspects that can lead XYZ University to achieve its goals, in accordance with XYZ University Vision where technology has an important role as a pillar supporting university progress. In the course of development of this Information System is not without obstacles, some problems encountered include: many faculty build their own systems and refuse to join the centralized system as a result create separate data and complicate integration, many investment system development wasted due to system No longer maintained, limited personnel / human resources in the field of IT both in terms of quantity and quality. This research tries to solve the problem by using the IT framework - MasterPlan XYX University is based on ITSP EKOJI 999 method. IT- MasterPlan XYZ University divides the focus of the development area into 4 (four) focal points to be implemented in an integrated manner. The four focal points above should be implemented in an integrated manner because each has a link between each other. The University of XYZ IT-Masterplan was tested using the Adoption Evaluation Instrument Analysis by comparing the existing condition with the expected condition after IT- Masterplan was implemented. The test results show that IT-Masterplan brings XYZ University to be conditioned where the concept of ICT utilization also has begun to look its integration with daily teaching and learning activities.
