Abstract

Jembatan Kali Pepe merupakan bagian dari proyek jalan bebas hambatan Solo-Kertosono yang melintasi sungai Pepe. Dimana jembatan yang masih dalam tahap pengerjaan ini di desain menggunakan konstruksi PC I girder. Bentang bersih jembatan ini sepanjang 85,2 m yang dibagi menjadi 2 bagian sama panjang dengan 3 pilar penopang serta memiliki lebar jembatan selebar 12 m. Penggunaan gelagar beton prategang dengan pier di tengah menimbulkan kesan masif dan kokoh, namun kurang memiliki nilai estetika dan dapat mengurangi luas efektif penampang basah pada sungai. Maka dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini Jembatan Kali Pepe akan direncanakan ulang sebagai jembatan cable stayed asimetris dengan meggunakan box girder beton prestressed segmental (PC SB girder) dengan bentang 135 m dan lebar 13,5m. Susunan kabel pada arah melintang berupa double planes system, sedangkan untuk arah memanjang berupa semi harp pattern. Desain lantai kendaraan berupa pelat beton bertulang dengan gelagar berupa box girder beton prestressed. Pylon (tiang) pada jembatan ini didesain menggunakan material beton. Pada pengerjaan tugas akhir ini dibantu dengan software MIDAS CIVIL 2011, SAP 2000 dan AUTOCAD. Tahapan dalam perencanaan ini dimulai dari pengumpulan data dan studi literatur, preliminary desain, desain struktur sekunder, desain struktur primer, permodelan dan analisa struktur, kontrol stabilitas aerodinamis, dan menyusun gambar kerja. Permodelan struktur menggunakan fishbone model dengan pembebanan berdasarkan SNI 1725 2016 dan SNI 2833 2013. Staging analysis menggunakan metode demolishing procedure atau backward solution. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perencanaan ini berupa penulangan dan tendon prategang pada gelagar, dimensi kabel, penulangan angker, serta penulangan pylon dalam bentuk laporan dan gambar teknik.

The Kali Pepe bridge is part of Solo-Kertosono highway project which crosses the Pepe river. Where the bridge that still in construction phase here was designed using PC I girder. The clear span of this bridge along 85,2 m that divided into 2 equal parts of length with 3 support pillars and having 12 m of width. The use of prestressed concrete with pier in the middle of the river make an impression of massive and sturdy, yet less of aesthetic value and could decrease the effective linier waterway of the river. Accordingly, in this final task the Kali Pepe bridge is redesigned as asymmetric cable stayed bridge with prestressed concrete segmental box girder (PC SB girder) which its span along 135 m and its width 13,5m. Cable bridge configuration in transversal direction use double planes system while in longitudinal direction use semi harp pattern. The design of the deck bridge use prestressed concrete segmental box girder. While the pylon of this bridge is designed with reinforced concrete.. In this final task arrangement use many of computer progam as MIDAS CIVIL 2011, SAP 2000 dan AUTOCAD. This planning phase is started from collecting data and sudy of literature, preliminary design, designing of secondary structure, designing of primary structure, modeling and analyzing the structure, controlling of aerodynamic stability, and arranging of engineering drawing. The structure modeling use the fishbone model with the loading case based on SNI 1725:2016 and SNI 2833:2013. The staging analysis use demolishing procedure method or backward solution. The result from this planning are girder reinforcing and prestressing, cable dimension, anchor reinforcing, pylon reinforcing as a report and engineering drawing.
