Abstract

Prefabricated concrete method is a method used in the design of the building beside using the conventional methods by means of casting concrete in site. The use of prefabricated concrete methods has several advantages compared to conventional methods (cast in site).
The Planning of Mercantile Tower Building is designed using conventional methods (cast in site) with a twenty-six floors in height. The selection of prefabricated method based on speed of execution, quality control of high-quality, environmentally friendly, as well as a reduction in the amount of labor. The plan with prefabricated components are applied to the entire structure of the primary and secondary components except wall shear structures. Method of connection is using the bolt (bolted-connection) and a coupler from a product of Peikko Group. Analysis of calculation of connection based on the axial force of the connections compared to the strength of the reinforcement after melting (1,25fy) and the length of the distribution according to the regulations of the SNI 2847:2013.
From the results of the analysis used 14 cm thick of plates, 30x45 cm secondary beam, 45x70 cm primary beam 1, 40x60 primary beam 2, column is divided into three types each five floors, 85x85 cm, 80x80 cm, and 70x70 cm, and 25 cm thick shearwall. The results of the structure analysis that has been done on Mercantile Tower will be poured on engineering drawings with AutoCad program.
