Abstract

Proyek Jalan Tol Surabaya – Mojokerto Seksi-IV terutama pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan ereksi girder Jembatan Kali Marmoyo yang memiliki 7 buah struktur abutment dan salah satu span melintasi sungai. Dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan ereksi girder didapat 3 alternatif yang berdasarkan hasil pengumpulan data dari para responden, yaitu : metode ereksi girder dengan menggunakan Launching Truss System, Service Crane dengan Belly Bridge dan Service Crane dengan Temporary Bridge.
Dalam menentukan pemilihan metode kerja yang terbaik dalam penelitian ini didasarkan pada dua (2) hal, yaitu kriteria non-finansial dengan bantuan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan kriteria finansial dengan bantuan Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA). Dari pengumpulan data dari para responden didapatkan 4 kriteria, yaitu : kemudahaan pelaksanaan, kemudahaan sumber daya, kemudahaan akses dan jangka waktu penginstallan alat sebagai dasar elemen perhitungan AHP. Dari hasil analisis AHP pada matriks sintesa keputusan bahwa dari 3 alternatif yang ada didapatkan metode kerja ereksi girder service crane dengan temporary bridge yang memiliki nilai bobot rata-rata paling tinggi. Sedangkan dari pengumpulan data dari para responden untuk analisis LCC, didapatkan beberapa data sekunder yang digunakan untuk perhitungan nilai LCC, dimana didapatkan nilai LCC paling rendah yaitu metode kerja ereksi girder service crane dengan menggunakan temporary bridge.
Selanjutnya dalam analisis Value Based Decision didapatkan dari hasil grafik penilaian skor dan bobot didasarkan pada hasil analisis AHP dan LCC. Metode kerja service crane dengan menggunakan belly bridge dan temporary bridge memiliki nilai value < 1, tetapi nilai value yang paling rendah adalah Metode Kerja Ereksi Girder Service Crane dengan menggunakan Temporary Bridge.

On Toll Road Project Surabaya - Mojokerto Section-IV there is one of erection girder work on Marmoyo Bridge which has 7 abutment structures and one span across the river. In the implementation of construction method for erection girder have 3 alternatives based on the results of data collection from the respondents, which is: girder erection method using Launching Truss System, Service Crane with Belly Bridge and Service Crane with Temporary Bridge.
In determining the selection of the best construstion method in this research is based on two (2) things, non-financial criteria with Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and financial criteria with Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA). After collecting data from respondents, researcher got 4 criteria for non-financial criteria, there is: easy of implementation in work location, easy for the resources, easy access to the work location and installation time of the tool as the basic element of AHP calculation. From the results of AHP analysis on the synthesis matrix for the highest ranking from 3 alternatives available, construction method of erection girder with service crane by using temporary bridge that has the highest average weight value. While the data collected from the respondents for LCC analysis, researcher got some secondary data for calculation of LCC value, where is the lowest LCC value is construction method of erection girder with service crane using temporary bridge.
Furthermore, in Value Based Decision analysis can be seen from the graph of scoring and weight assessment based on the results of AHP and LCC analysis, where is construction method of service crane by using belly bridge and temporary bridge has value < 1, but the lowest value is Construction Method for Erection Girder with Service Crane by using Temporary Bridge.
