Abstract
Membran gabungan polisulfon dengan aditif polietilena glikol-400 dan variasi pengisi karbon tertemplat zeolit dan karbon tertemplat zeolit teroksidasi telah dipreparasi melalui metode inversi fasa dengan DMAc sebagai pelarut. Membran dikarakterisasi dengan X Ray Difraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), Forier Transform Infrared (FTIR) dan contact angle meter. Membran diuji kinerjanya dengan filtrasi kristal violet. Nilai fluks air untuk membran PSf/PEG, PSf/PEG-KTZ dan PSf/PEG-KTZ teroksidasi masing-masing adalah 101,91 L/m2jam, 320,05 L/m2jam dan 60,64 L/m2jam. Nilai rejeksi terhadap kristal violet untuk masing-masing membran adalah 98,96%, 82,91% dan 99,4%. ==================================================================================================================================
Polysulfone mixed matrix membranes (MMMs) consisting polyethylene glicol-400 as an aditive and varried fillers zeolite templated carbon and oxidized zeolite templated carbon have been prepared through phase inversion method by using N,N-Dimehylacetamide (DMAc) as solvent. Membranes were characterized by X Ray Difraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), Forier Transform Infrared (FTIR) and contact angle meter. The performances of the membranes were measured by crystal violet filtration. The water flux of PSf/PEG, PSf/PEG-ZTC and PSf/PEG-oxidized ZTC membranes were 101,91 L/m2h, 320,05 L/m2h and 60,64 L/m2h respectively. The crystal violet rejection values of each membrane were 98,96%, 82,91% and 99,4%.
