Abstract
Pada proses pencampuran cairan cat masih banyak dilakukan secara manual. Pembagian banyak cairan tanpa ada takaran yang jelas. Maka dari itu timbul ide untuk membuat alat yang berguna untuk mempermudah dalam mencampurkan cairan cat yang awalnya manual menjadi otomatis.
Dalam alat ini menggunakan beberapa sensor diantaranya sensor loadcell dan sensor warna, untuk sensor loadcell digunakan sebagai indikator ketinggian cairan pada tangki. Sensor warna untuk mendeteksi warna cairan pada tangki. Hasil pengukuran ketinggian dikirim melalui jaringan internet dengan Wemos D1 Mini. Data yang dikirim diterima oleh web server dan LabView sebagai HMI proses pencampuran.
Dalam hasil pengujian keseluruhan sensor loadcell didapatkan nilai error sebesar 0,65% dan setiap kenaikan cairan 0,5 Liter maka rata-rata selisih tegangan adalah 0,26mV serta kenaikan tinggi cairan 2,3cm. Berdasarkan data yang didapatkan rata-rata tegangan untuk led merah 1,62V, led hijau 1,38V dan led biru 2,17V maka objek berwarna ungu. Pengiriman data ke web thingspeak dan aplikasi android terdapat delay rata-rata 15 detik.

In the process of mixing the paint liquors are still done manually. The distribution of many fluids without any clear dose. Therefore the idea arises to create a useful tool to facilitate the mixing of paint liquors that were originally manual to be automatic.
In this tool using several sensors including loadcell sensor and color sensor, for the loadcell sensor is used as an indicator of the level of liquid in the tank. Color sensor to detect liquid color in the tank. The altitude measurements are transmitted over the Internet with Wemos D1 Mini. The data sent is received by web server and LabView as HMI mixing process.
In the test results of the whole loadcell sensor obtained an error value of 0,65% and in obtained each increase in liquid 0,6 Litre then the average voltage difference is 0,5 mV and increase the high of liquid 2,3cm. We get the average voltage for red led 1,62 V, green led 1,38 V and blue led 2,17V then purple colored object. Delivery of data to web thingspeak and android apps there is a delay of 15 seconds.
