Abstract

Protein merupakan molekul yang berlimpah di dalam sel dan menyusun
lebih dari setengah berat kering yang terdapat hampir pada semua organisme
(Lehninger, 1998). Protein dibagi menjadi dua yaitu protein hewani dan protein
nabati. Protein hewani memiliki keistimewaan bila dibandingkan dengan protein
nabati, karena protein hewani lebih kompleks susunan aminonya. Protein hewani
adalah protein yang bersumber dari hewan (daging, telur, ikan). Penelitian tugas
akhir ini akan melihat pola perilaku pemenuhan protein hewani masyarakat Jawa
Timur melalui pengembangan usaha peternakan unggas itik dengan pendekatan
metodologi sistem dinamik. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan sistem dinamik,
maka dapat diketahui pengaruh variabel bibit DOD yang diternakkan terhadap
produksi telur dan daging itik dan pengaruhnya terhadap pemenuhan protein
hewani. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh rekomendasi skenario kebijakan untuk
pemerintah untuk mendukung pemenuhan protein hewani sumber unggas itik, yaitu
penambahan kuantitas DOD dengan subsidi dari pemerintah dan subsidi pakan
dalam pengembangan usaha peternakan itik.

Prtoteins is a molecule that abounding in a cell and preparing for more than
half the weight of dry that was found on almost every organism (lehninger,1998).
Protein divides into two are animal protein and vegetable protein. Animal protein
have faith compared to vegetable protein, because animal protein more complex
amino arrangement. Animal protein is a protein sourced of animals (meat, eggs,
fish). Research the late will see pattern of behavior of animal protein the east java
through business development poultry ducks the methodology a dynamical system.
Using approach a dynamical system, so it can be seen variable influence DOD (Day
of Duck) seeds to the production of eggs and meat ducks and their influence on the
fulfillment of animal potein. The study obtained recommendations policy scenario
for the government to support fulfillment of animal protein source poultry ducks,
they are addition of quantity DOD with a subsidy from the goverments and
subsidies feed in the development of animal husbandry ducks.
