Abstract
Pengujian horizontal fatigue test telah dilakukan pada frame sepeda alumunium 6061 T6 sesuai standart ISO 4210-6 2014 . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah analisis frekuensi optimum pada berbagai rangka sepeda tipe trekking dan mengetahui pengaruh sudut pembebanan terhadap frekuensi pengujian. Simulasi dilakukan pada ANSYS Mechanical APDL Release 15.0. Simulasi dilakukan pada desain A, B, dan C dengan analisis statis dan analisis fatigue dengan variasi frekuensi (1 – 6 Hz). Hasil simulasi menunjukkan frekuensi optimum untuk pengujian horizontal fatigue untuk desain A, B, dan C pada frekuensi 5 Hz. Disisi lain variasi pembebaban sudut telah dilakukan, dan 150 merupakan sudut maksimum pemberian gaya pada pengujian horizontal fatigue.

Horizontal fatigue test has done on alumunium 6061 T6 bike frame based on (ISO 4210-6-2014) standard. The purpose of this research was to analyze optimum frequency on trekking frame type and study the effect of force angle toward testing frequency. Simulation has performed on design A, B, and C using ANSYS Mechanical APDL Release 15.0 for static and fatigue analysis with frequency variation (1- 6 Hz). The result showed that the optimum frequency for horizontal fatigue test designs A, B, and C was 5Hz. While, force angle variation has done, the maximum angle was 150 for loading angle horizontal fatigue test.
