Abstract

Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) adalah wahana tanpa awak bawah laut (Hendro Nurhadi). AUV juga dikenal juga sebagai robot kabel tanpa awak yang dilengkapi dengan sensor dengan tujuan tertentu. Dalam aplikasinya AUV memberikan kontribusi berupa membantu manusia dalam upaya pemberdayaan dan eksplorasi perairan di Indonesia, pemeriksaan pipa bawah laut dalam industri minyak dan gas, pemetaan daerah bawah laut, hingga keperluan militer. Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan kontur tekanan, koefisien drag (Cd), koefisien lift (Cl), serta tegangan, perubahan bentuk dan regangan yang terjadi secara 3 dimensi dari AUV Militus.
Hasil simulasi aliran didapatkan nilai koefisien drag (Cd) AUV Militus desain 1 senilai 0.281404 serta koefisien lift (Cl) senilai 0.000407. Dan nilai (Cd) AUV Militus desain 2 senilai 0.092323 serta koefisien lift (Cl) senilai 0.00062. Didasarkan pada hasil flow simulation diputuskan untuk menggunakan desain 2 untuk simulasi selanjutnya didasarkan pada nilai CD yang didapatkan .Hasil analisa menggunakan simulasi struktur didapatkan nilai tegangan maksimal yang terjadi pada bodi AUV Militus senilai 1.317e+008 N/m2 , dan perubahan bentuk maksimal yang terjadi sebesar 0.7499 mm, dan regangan maksimal yang terjadi sebesar 4.992e-004 .

Autonomous Underwater Vehicle (AUV) is an underwater crew (Hendro Nurhadi). AUV is also known as an unmanned robot cable equipped with sensors with a specific purpose. In its application AUV contributes in the form of helping people in empowerment and exploration of waters in Indonesia, inspection of underwater pipelines in the oil and gas industry, mapping underwater areas, to military purposes. The purpose of this final project is to know ratio the pressure contour, drag coefficient (Cd), lift coefficient (Cl), and stress, displacement and 3 dimensiaonal strain from AUV Militus.
The result of flow simulation got the value of drag coefficient (Cd) AUV Militus design 1 equal to 0.281404 and lift coefficient (Cl) worth 0.000407. And the value (Cd) AUV Militus design 2 worth 0.092323 and lift coefficient (Cl) worth 0.00062. Based on the flow simulation it was decided to use the design 2 for the next simulation based on the value of the CD obtained. The result of the analysis using the structure simulation obtained the maximum voltage value that occurred on the Militus AUV body valued at 1.317e + 008 N / m2, and the maximum shape change that occurred 0.7499 mm, and a maximum strain of 4,992e-004.
