Abstract
Kota Batu sebagai kawasan pertanian, belum memiliki manajemen pemeliharaan aset irigasi sebagai penunjang keberhasilan pertanian. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang Kota Batu masih kesulitan menentukan prioritas pemeliharaan irigasi karena terbatasnya anggaran. Terutama daerah irigasi Sub DAS Kali Brantas yang merupakan daerah hilir Kota Batu, perlu perhatian upaya pemeliharaan irigasi. Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum nomor 13/PRT/M/2012 telah mengamanatkan bahwa perlu penanganan prioritas dikarenakan pada kenyataannya pengajuan usulan pemeliharaan irigasi dari tahun ke tahun tidak selamanya terpenuhi.
Penentuan prioritas pemeliharaan irigasi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting), dengan cara menentukan bobot setiap alternatif aset irigasi terhadap kriteria sesuai Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum nomor 13/PRT/M/2012 ; penilaian kondisi fisik dan fungsi aset irigasi, luas layanan irigasi dan biaya pemeliharaan. Selanjutnya melakukan normalisasi dan perengkingan setiap alternatif aset irigasi dari nilai prioritas.
Pada hasil penelitian, prasarana irigasi yang menjadi prioritas pertama dalam kegiatan pemeliharaan irigasi Sub DAS Kali Brantas Kecamatan Junrejo Kota Batu adalah Bendung Genengan. Untuk prioritas kedua hingga lima berturut turut adalah Bendung Beji I, Bendung Beji II, Bendung Ngukir Mranak I dan Bendung Ngukir Mranak II.

Batu City as an agricultural area, does not have management of irrigation asset maintenance as a support of agriculture success. This can be seen from the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office Batu still difficult to determine the priority of irrigation maintenance due to limited budget. Especially the irrigation area of Sub Watershed Kali Brantas which is the downstream area of Batu City, need attention of irrigation maintenance effort. Regulation of the Minister of Public Works No. 13 / PRT / M / 2012 has mandated that priority handling is necessary because in fact the proposed irrigation maintenance proposal from year to year is not always fulfilled.
The determination of irrigation maintenance priority in this research uses SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method, by determining the weight of each alternative irrigation asset against criteria according to Regulation of Minister of Public Works number 13 / PRT / M / 2012; Assessment of physical condition and function of irrigation assets, extent of irrigation services and maintenance costs. Furthermore, normalize and clarify any alternative irrigation assets from the priority value.
In the research results, irrigation infrastructure that became the first priority in the irrigation maintenance activities of Kali Brantas Sub-District of Junrejo Sub-District of Batu City is Genengan Dam. For second priority up to five consecutive are Beji I Dam, Beji II Dam, Ngukir Mranak I Dam and Ngukir Mranak II Dam.
