Abstract
Dengan berkembangnya teknologi dan matangnya setiap orang dalam menggunakan TIK, maka muncul sebuah tuntutan dari setiap orang yang menggunakan layanan perusahaan mengenai keharusan memiliki Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) dalam penyediaan layanan maupun ketersediaan produknya. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan sebuah solusi agar para pengguna TIK (pegawai dan pelanggan) dapat terus menggunakan layanan yang diberikan oleh perusahaan. Hal ini melatar belakangi manajemen PT. JPK menerapkan BCMS. Dengan penerapan tersebut maka, tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu guna mengukur kondisi dan kesiapan saat ini PT. JPK terhadap BCMS berbasis ISO 22301 dengan pendekatan control objective mengenai Information Security Aspects of Business Continuity Management dari ISO 27001, lalu melakukan strategi pememenuhan gap dan menyempurnakan Strandard Operating Procedure (SOP) hingga bisa digunakan perusahaan untuk sertifikasi ISO 22301. Langkah dimulai dari Studi literatur yang terkait dengan BCMS, sejarah maupun proses bisnis di PT. JPK. Selanjutnya melakukan review dokumen terkait proses bisnis di PT. JPK dan memetakan gap yang terjadi dengan assessment yang sudah dibuat. Pengumpulan data didapat melalui kuesioner dan wawancara kepada responden untuk mengetahui komitmen dari top management. Lalu melalukan gap analysis dan melakukan strategi pemenuhan gap. Hasil dari penelitian ini dari 83 pertanyaan kuesioner, PT. JPK belum siap untuk implementasi BCMS. Kesimpulan tersebut muncul dari target minimal perusahaan yang diharapkan oleh top management yaitu 75% comply belum tercapai, dikarenakan hanya 51,81% kontrol yang comply dan sisanya 48,19% bisa comply dengan catatan. Namun, dengan mendapat dukungan dari top management untuk implementasi BCMS, PT. JPK siap melakukan perbaikan implementasi, dokumentasi maupun prosedur hingga siap untuk implementasi BCMS.

Along with the development of technology and the maturation of everyone in using ICTs, it emerges an advantage of everyone who uses the company's services regarding features that have Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) in service and product provision. Consequenly, a solution is needed so that ICT users (employees and customers) can continue to use the services provided by the company. This is background of the management of PT. JPK implements BCMS. By applying it, the purpose of this study is to measure the current condition and readiness of PT. JPK to BCMS based on ISO 22301 with control objective approach concerning Aspect of Business Continuity Management Information Security from ISO 27001, and then implementing the gap fulfillment strategy and Strandard Operating Procedure (SOP) law to be used by company for ISO 22301 certification. Firstly, this research do a study of related literature to BCMS, history and business processes at PT. JPK. Secondly, do a review of documents related to business processes at PT. JPK and map the existing gap with the assessment that already made. Data collection was obtained through questionnaires and interviews to respondents to know the commitment of top management. Thirdly, do the gap analysis and do the gap fulfillment strategy. Finally, the result from 83 questionnaire question, PT. JPK is not ready to implement BCMS. That statement is based on the company's minimum target expected by the top management that is 75% comply has not been achieved, because only 51.81% of the control is comply and the remaining 48.19% can be complied with revision. However, with the support of top management for the implementation of BCMS, PT. JPK is ready to make improvements, documentation and procedures until it is ready for BCMS implementation.
