Abstract
PT. Steel Pipe Industry Of Indonesia, Tbk (PT. SPINDO, Tbk) adalah produsen pipa baja dengan kapasitas produksi terbesar di Indonesia dan berpengalaman dalam memproduksi berbagai macam pipa baja/tabung dan berbagai produk terkait lainnya. Pada tahun 2014, PT. SPINDO, Tbk mendirikan pabrik baru di Sidoarjo yang khusus dibentuk untuk memproduksi pipa hollow galvalum. Agar dapat bersaing dengan pesaing lainnya, maka pabrik baru ini harus menyediakan stok yang mencukupi sesuai dengan permintaan pasar. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan suatu model yang mampu memberi informasi tentang jumlah permintaan pipa hollow galvalum di masa yang akan datang. Model yang digunakan adalah model ARIMA, Moving Average, dan Regresi Time Series. Data yang digunakan untuk meramal- kan adalah data jumlah permintaan pipa hollow galvalum dari bulan Januari 2012 sampai bulan Desember 2016. Metode peramalan terbaik untuk pipa hollow galvalum A dan B meng- gunakan metode Moving Average dengan length 7 sedangkan peramalan jumlah permintaan untuk pipa hollow galvalum C menggunakan model ARIMA (2,1,0) dan D menggunakan model ARIMA ([2,3],0,[3]).

PT. Steel Pipe Industry of Indonesia, Tbk (PT SPINDO Tbk) is a manufacturer of steel pipe with the largest production capacity in Indonesia and experienced in producing various kinds of steel pipes/tubes and a variety of other related products. In the year 2014, PT SPINDO Tbk. established a new factory in Sidoarjo specially formed to manufacture pipe hollow galvalum. In order to compete with other competitors, then the new plant must provide sufficient stock in accordance with market demand. Therefore, it required a model that able to give information on the total demand of hollow galvalum pipe in the future. The model used is a ARIMA model, Moving Average, and Time Series Regression. The data used for prediction is the total demand of hollow galvalum pipe from January 2012 to December 2016. The best forecasting method for pipe hollow galvalum A and B is Moving Average with a length 7 while forecasting the total demand of hollow galvalum pipe C using ARIMA model (2, 1, 0) and D using ARIMA model ([2,3], 0, [3]).
