Abstract

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan satu-satunya aset penting organisasi yang dapat menggerakkan sumber daya lainnya. Sumber daya manusia dapat mempengaruhi efisiensi dan efektivitas organisasi. Perpindahan karyawan (Employee Turnover) adalah suatu fenomena yang sering terjadi dalam pelayanan. Saat ini tingginya tingkat turnover karyawan telah menjadi masalah serius bagi banyak perusahaan.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap komitmen organisasional, untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap turnover intention dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap turnover intention. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan Hotel Allium Tangerang dengan Metode Sensus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah penyebaran kuisioner.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Kompensasi Finansial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Komitmen Organisasional, (2) Kompensasi Finansial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, (3) Komitmen Organisasional berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan. =============================================================================================================
Human resources (HR) is the only important organizational asset that can drive other resources. Human resources can affect the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization. Employee turnover is a frequent phenomenon in service. Nowadays high employee turnover has become a serious problem for many companies.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial compensation on organizational commitment, to analyze the effect of organizational commitment to turnover intention and to analyze the effect of financial compensation on turnover intention. The population and sample of this study were employees of Hotel Allium Tangerang with Census Method. Data collection method used is questionnaire distribution.
Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that (1) Financial Compensation significantly influences Organizational Commitment, (2) Financial Compensation significantly influence Turnover Intention, (3) Organizational Commitment significantly influence employee Turnover Intention.
