Abstract

Ponorogo is one of the region in Indonesia prone to landslide, especially especially around the area of Jalan Raya Ponorogo-Trenggalek KM-23. Thus, important to identifying landslide potential for minimized losses due landslide by identifying the subsurface in landslide prone areas using integrated Very Low Frequency of Electrommagnet (VLF-EM) and can be performed soil subsurface analysis and flow direction of fluid in the ground Self Potential (SP) method. The result measurement of VLF-EM and SP data around Ponorogo-Trenggalek KM-23 Highway is SP method to get anomaly in the form of anomalies dipole and monopole which indicate the existence of fracture and fluid flow. Which correlates with the VLF-EM method shown by the fluid spread based on the low resistivity value (± 2-10 Ωm). In addition, this designation indicates that the fluid flow is from west to east with depths ranging from 1 to 6 m. The existence of fractures and the flow of underground fluid is the cause of the research area is prone to landslides.
