Abstract

Surabaya adalah kota metropolitan dan Ibukota Propinsi Jawa Timur,
sangatlah wajar bila Sidoarjo sebagai kota terdekat dari Surabaya melakukan
pergerakan commuter. Salah satu angkutan penumpang untuk pergerakan
commuter tersebut adalah kereta api commuter Surabaya Sidoarjo. Namun
demikian tiga tahun terakhir minat penumpangnya menurun oleh sebab itu
dilakukanlah analisis kinerja dan kepuasan kereta api commuter Surabaya Sidoarjo.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi penyebaran kuisoner,
wawancara dan teknik stated preference. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa
skenario analisis regresi logistik biner untuk menganalisa perpindahan moda dari
kendaraan pribadi ke kereta api commuter Surabaya Sidoarjo.
Parameter kinerja kereta api commuter adalah faktor muat (load factor),
kecepatan perjalanan, waktu antara (headway), waktu pelayanan, dan jumlah
kendaraan yang beroperasi. Analisa kepuasan menggunakan metode IPA
(Importance Performance Analysis) dan CSI (Customer Satisfaction Indeks). Hasil
dari analisa terdapat beberapa faktor yang menjadi prioritas untuk perbaikan kereta
api commuter, diantaranya fisik kereta api commuter sudah waktunya diperbaiki
dengan armada baru, sirkulasi udara harus diperbaiki dengan penambahan AC,
untuk kesigapan dari petugas atau kondektur kereta api sangat baik sehingga perlu
dipertahankan.
Probabilitas pengguna kendaraan pribadi sepeda motor yang mau
berpindah dengan moda transportasi kereta api commuter sangat dipengaruhi
variabel : jenis kelamin laki-laki dan Pendapatan Rp 6.000.000,. Probabilitas
perpindahan moda sepeda motor adalah 61.25%. Probabilitas kemauan membayar
harga tiket Rp 5.000, adalah 61.25 % dan Probabilitas kemauan membayar Rp
6.000, adalah 38.89%. Probabilitas perpindahan moda kendaraan pribadi mobil ke
kereta api commuter variabel maksud perjalanan bekerja dan Biaya Perjalanan Rp
50.000,. Probabilitas pengguna kendaraan pribadi mobil yang mau berpindah
sebanyak 50.65%. Probabilitas kemauan membayar harga tiket Rp 5.000, adalah
49.8% dan Probabilitas kemauan membayar harga tiket Rp 6.000, adalah 46.75%.

is very reasonable if Sidoarjo as the closest city from Surabaya to commuter
movement. One of the passenger transport for the commuter movement is the
commuter train Surabaya Sidoarjo. Nevertheless, in the last three years the
passenger interest has decreased, therefore the performance analysis and
commuter train satisfaction of Surabaya Sidoarjo were conducted. The methods
used in this study include spreading questionnaire, interview and technique stated
preference. This research is done some scenario of binary logistic regression
analysis to analyze the movement of modes from private vehicles to commuter trains
Surabaya Sidoarjo. The methods used in this study include spreading

The parameters of commuter railway performance are load factor, travel
speed, headway, service time and number of operating vehicles. The satisfaction
analysis is using the method of IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) and CSI
(Customer Satisfaction Index). The analysis results several priority factors for the
improvement of commuter trains, including the physical commuter train that need
to be repaired with a new fleet, air circulation should be repaired with the addition
of air conditioning, the alertness of the officer or train conductor is so good that it
needs to be maintained.
The probability of private motorcycle users who want to move with
commuter rail transportation modes is strongly influenced by variables: male
gender and Revenue Rp 6.000.000 ,. The probability of motorcycle mode transfer
is 61.25%. Probability of willingness to pay ticket price Rp 5,000, is 61.25% and
Prospects willingness to pay Rp 6,000, is 38.89%. Probability of migration of
private car vehicle modes to commuter trains mean travel variables and Travel
Cost Rp 50.000 ,. Probability of private car users who want to move as much as
50.65%. Probability of willingness to pay ticket price Rp 5,000, is 49.8% and
Probability of willingness to pay ticket price Rp 6.000, is 46.75%.
