Abstract
Perencanaan dermaga PT. Semen Indonesia terkait dengan dibangunnya pabrik semen milik PT. Semen Indonesia di Muara Tiga Laweung, Kabupaten Pidie, Aceh. Dermaga direncanakan dapat ditambati kapal dengan kapasitas maksimum 40.000 DWT. Struktur dermaga direncanakan dengan beton pracetak. Perencanaan meliputi penentuan dimensi dan penulangan elemen struktur, perencanaan struktur pondasi, serta desain komponen pracetak baik jetty maupun trestle. Untuk metode beton pracetak, elemen yang didesain yaitu pelat dan balok. Pada prinsipnya, penggunaan metode beton pracetak adalah memindahkan sebagian besar pekerjaan pembetonan yang dilakukan di laut menjadi di darat.
Perencanaan tata letak, dimensi dermaga, elemen struktur, serta perencanaan gaya sandar dan tambat sesuai Standard Design Criteria for Port in Indonesia (1984). Pembebanan gempa didesain sesuai dengan RSNI Gempa untuk Jembatan (2013). Untuk perhitungan penulangan struktur atas sesuai ketentuan SNI 03-2847-2002. Perencanaan komponen pracetak sesuai PCI Design Handbook (1992). Untuk struktur bawah menggunakan tiang pancang baja.
Analisa dermaga ini menggunakan program SAP 2000 dengan model tiga dimensi dan pembebanan gempa menggunakan metode analisis respon dinamik. Hasil perencanaan struktur dermaga ini terdiri dari kebutuhan dimensi dermaga sebesar 216 x 26 m2 dan dimensi trestle sebesar 288 x 8,5 m2. Untuk elemen struktur, diperoleh tebal pelat jetty 450 mm, pelat trestle 400 mm, dimensi balok memanjang dan melintang jetty yaitu 800 x 1500 mm2, dimensi balok memanjang dan melintang trestle adalah 800 x 1300 mm2, pilecap jetty dan trestle dengan tebal 1200 mm dan 1000 mm, serta 3 tiang pancang baja dengan diameter 1000 mm, 1200 mm, dan 1400 mm.
============= PT. Semen Indonesia Jetty is planned to facilitate the activities of loading and unloading of cement and coal, due to project of cement plant in Muara Tiga Laweung, Pidie, Aceh. This jetty is designed to be anchored by ships with 40000 DWT as its maximum capacity. Both jetty and trestle is designed using precast concrete. Design involves the determination of the dimensions, calculation of reinforcements, the foundation planning, and the design of precast components. For precast concrete method, the elements that are designed are slabs and beams. In principle, the use of precast concrete method is to move most of the work of concrete done at sea into the land.
The layout planning, dimensions of jetty and its structure elements, until berthing and mooring calculation according to Standard Design Criteria for Port in Indonesia (1984). The gravity of seismic loads are designed according to SNI 03-2847-2002. The structure under the jetty using steel pipe pile.
The building analysis using SAP 2000 Programme with three dimensional frame system and the load of earthquake using dynamic response analysis method. The planning of jetty’s structure has results which is consist of jetty’s dimension requires 216 x 8,5 m2. For the elements of structures, the slab’s thickness of jetty requires 45 cm, trestle’s slab has 40 cm thickness, two jetty beams dimensions are 80 x 150 cm2, two trestle beams dimensions are 70 x 130 cm2, 2 pile caps, also 3 steel pipe piles that has 3 diameters, 1000 mm, 1200 mm, and 1400 mm.
