Abstract

Listrik di Kapal dilayani oleh generator yang merupakan
penyuplai listrik terbesar, menyediakan suplai listrik untuk
peralatan listrik. Ketika terjadi pemadaman akibat adanya
perawatan atau kesalahan sistem, maka akan terjadi Black Out.
Kondisi Black Out adalah kondisi di mana sumber tenaga
penggerak utama, permesinan bantu, dan peralatan lainnya pada
kapal tidak beroperasi karena tidak adanya pasokan listrik yang
disebabkan oleh kegagalan pada sistem kelistrikan. Mengatasi
keadaan black out menggunakan peralatan ACOS. Peralatan
ACOS yang dibuat berbasis PLC di mana apabila main generator
failure maka akan automatis berpindah menuju baterai dan
emergency generator. Parameter pemindahan suplai listrik
berdasarkan phase failure, under voltage dan over voltage.
Berdasarkan pengujian waktu pemindahan suplai listrik selama
30 detik. Terdapat sistem interlock pada setiap suplai listrik
disaat proses switching untuk menghindari masuknya suplai
listrik secara bersamaan.

Electricity on board is served by the generator that is the largest
electricity suppliers, providing electricity to supply electrical
equipment. When the black out occurred due to maintenance or
system error occurs, then it will Black Out. Black Out condition is
a condition in which the main source of propulsion, auxiliary
machinery, and other equipment on the vessel are not in
operation due to the absence of electricity supply, caused by a
failure in the electrical system. Addressing the State of the black
out using the equipment of ACOS. ACOS equipment made based
PLC where in a main generator failure it will automatically
switch towards the batteries and emergency generators.
Electrical supply transfer parameters based on phase failure,
under voltage and over voltage. Based on testing of the electrical
supply transfer time for 30 seconds. There is an interlock system
on each power supply when the switching process to avoid the
inclusion of electric supply simultaneously.
