Abstract
Analisa senyawa kompleks Fe(II)-Fenantrolin dengan penambahan ion Al3+ pada pH 4,5 menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis telah dilakukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan penentuan panjang gelombang maksimum dengan Fe3+ tereduksi dengan natrium tiosulfat, kemudian dikomplekskan dengan 1,10-Fenantrolin sehingga memberikan warna merah jingga dengan warna komplementer hijau pada spektrofotometer UV-Vis pada panjang gelombang 380-780 nm. Pada penelitian ini, menghasilkan panjang gelombang maksimum 510 nm. Penentuan kurva kalibrasi untuk mengetahui persamaan regresi dan keliniearitas. Linearitas penelitian ini menghasilkan koefisien korelasi r2 sebesar, yaitu 0,9912. Penambahan ion Al3+ dalam analisa ini terbukti mengganggu pada konsentrasi Al3+ 0,09 ppm. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan %Recovery sebear 79,95%, RSD sebesar 1,672 ppt, dan CV sebesar 0,1672%

Analysis of complexes of iron(II)-phenantroline with reducing agent natrium thiosulfate at pH 4,5 with spectrophotometer UV-Vis by addition of Al3+ ions was invastigated. Research was carried out by the determination of the maximum waveleght with Fe3+ was reduced with sodium thiosulfate, and complexed with 1,10-phenanthroline, which give orange-red colors with a complementary color green in spectrophotometer UV-Vis of 380-780 nm. In this research, produced maximum wavelength of 510 nm. Furthermore, the determination of calibratin curve and linearity was determined. The linearity of this study resulted in a correlation coefficient of r2, which was 0,9912. The addition of Al3+ that begin to interfere at a concentration of 0,09 ppm with %Recovery, RSD, and CV value which is 79,95%, 1,672 ppt, and 0,1672%.
