Abstract
Penelitian tentang analisis pengaruh ion Zn(II) pada
penentuan Fe3+ dengan pengompleks 1,10-fenantrolin pada pH
optimum telah dilakukan menggunakan spektrofotometer UVVis.
Kompleks Fe(III) fenantrolin mempunyai panjang
gelombang maksimum 363 nm dengan absorbansi sebesar
0,468. Koefisien korelasi (r) yang diperoleh pada kurva
kalibrasi adalah 0,9986. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa
ion Zn(II) dapat mempengaruhi kompleks Fe(III) fenantrolin
pada konsentrasi 0,2 ppm Zn2+ dengan menurunkan absorbansi
dan % recovery 77,86%.
============================================================The research about impact in analysis of Zn(II) on Fe3+
determination with 1.10-phenanthroline at pH optimum using
spectrophotometry UV-Vis had been investigated. Fe(III)
phenanthroline complex had maximum wavelength in 363 nm
with the absorbance of 0.468. The correlation coefficient (r)
obtained in the calibration curve was 0.9986. The analysis
showed that the ion Zn(II) could impact the Fe(III)
phenanthroline complex at a concentration of 0.2 ppm Zn2+ by
decreasing absorbance and % recovery 77.86%.
