Abstract
Dewasa ini kegiatan bisnis suatu organisasi tidak terlepas dari peran Sistem informasi (SI) dan Teknologi Informasi (TI). Dengan adanya SI/TI dalam suatu perusahaan, dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi kinerja operasionalnya. Agar dapat mendukung kinerja operasional secara maksimal, maka SI/TI dalam suatu perusahaan harus dirancang dan dibangun sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis
perusahaan. PT BJTI merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan BUMN yang bergerak dibidang terminal peti kemas. Dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya, PT BJTI memerlukan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi untuk meningkatkan
kinerja perusahaan. Namun keberadaan sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang belum terintegrasi menjadi kendala dalam peningkatan kinerja perusahaan.
Sehingga, diperlukan perencanaan strategis sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi yang selaras dengan strategi bisnis perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat perencanaan strategis SI/TI PT BJTI yang selaras dengan strategi bisnisnya dengan menggunakan metode Ward dan
Peppard. Proses analisis dibagi dalam beberapa tahap, yaitu analisis kondisi saat ini, identifikasi kebutuhan mendatang dan formulasi strategi. Hasil dari formulasi strategi adalah strategi SI, strategi TI, strategi manajemen SI/TI dan portofolio aplikasi. Berdasarkan analisis kondisi saat ini, diperoleh matriks SWOT yang terletak pada koordinat (2.95, 2.81), artinya fokus dari strategi yang diusulkan adalah strategi SO, yaitu strategi dengan menggunakan kekuatan internal untuk mengambil keuntungan dari peluang eksternal, mengatasi kelemahan internal, dan menghindari ancaman eksternal. Analisis strategi SI menghasilkan rekomendasi pembaharuan untuk enam aplikasi dan dua aplikasi baru untuk menunjang strategi bisnis perusahaan. Analisis strategi TI menghasilkan rekomendasi penggunaan
RFID, lampu LED, dan colocation server, serta penambahan web server dan sistem keamanan jaringan. Analisis strategi manajemen SI/TI menghasilkan rekomendasi mengenai pembaharuan SOP TI dan master plan TI serta pembuatan
tata kelola TI. Dan hasil akhir dari analisis ini adalah portofolio aplikasi. ========== Nowadays, business activity in every organization will not be parted from information system (IS) and information technology (IT). With the IS/IT within a company, can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of its operational performance. In order to support operational performance to the maximum, then
the IS/IT in an enterprise must be designed and constructed in accordance with the company's business needs. PT BJTI is one of the subsidiary companies involved in the field of
container terminals. In carrying out its business activities, PT BJTI requires information systems and information technology to improve the performance of
the company. But the existence of information systems and integrated information technology has not become an obstacle in improving corporate performance. Thus, the necessary strategic planning of information systems and information technology that is aligned with its business strategy. This research aims to create a strategic planning of IS/IT for PT BJTI are aligned with business strategy by using the method of Ward and Peppard. The analysis process is divided into several stages, namely the analysis of current conditions, the identification of future needs and strategy formulation. Results of formulation of the strategy is the IS strategy, IT strategy, management strategy and IS/IT application portfolio. Based on analysis of current conditions, obtained SWOT matrix located at
coordinates (2.95, 2.81), meaning that the focus of the proposed strategy is SO strategy, the strategy of using internal strengths to take advantage of external opportunities, overcome internal weaknesses and avoid external threats. IS strategy analysis resulted in recommendations for the renewal of the six applications and two new applications to support the company's business strategy. Analysis of the IT strategy to produce recommendations on the use of RFID, LED, and colocation server, and also the addition of web server and network
security system. Analysis of management strategies IS/IT generate recommendations regarding the renewal of IT master plan and SOP and also making IT governance. And the end result of this analysis is the application portfolio.
