Abstract
Manajemen rantai pasok merupakan salah satu aspek yang penting pada suatu perusahaan dalam menjalankan proses bisnisnya. Dengan kualitas manajemen rantai pasok yang baik maka akan mengefisiensikan biaya yang dikeluarkan dan menimbulkan keunggulan kompetitif bagi perusahaan tersebut. Namun, pentingnya kualitas dan standardisasi manajemen rantai pasok masih dianggap sebelah mata oleh kebanyakan perusahaan saat ini.
Dalam penelitian ini, penulis mengumpulkan data dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi serta studi terhadap dokumentasi dari PT XYZ. Langkah pengerjaan penelitian ini mengacu terhadap siklus manajemen proses bisnis dengan memetakan proses bisnis pengadaan terhadap kerangka kerja SCOR level 1 hingga level 3, memodelkan workflow maupun transaksi data proses pengadaan, dan kemudian dilakukan analisis permasalahan dengan menggunakan Cause/Effect, SCOR Model and Mutual Solution (CESM).
Hasil akhir dari penelian ini adalah perbandingan struktur proses bisnis pengadaan material pada PT XYZ dengan proses yang terdapat pada kerangka kerja SCOR. Setelah dilakukan analisis, proses pengadaan pada PT XYZ termasuk dalam proses SCOR Source dengan kategori perusahaan Engineer to Order. Kemudian proses yang terdapat pada proses Source pada SCOR sudah sama dengan proses pengadaan yang dijalankan oleh PT XYZ. Selain itu, berdasarkan analisis CESM diberikan usulan penyelesaian permasalahan yang berbentuk aktivitas, best praktice, maupun teknologi informasi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut. ============== Supply chain management is one of the important aspects of a company in running its business processes. With the good quality of supply chain management then it will efficiently cost incurred and cause a competitive advantage for the company. However, the importance of quality and standardization of supply chain management is not considered of most companies.
In this research, the authors collected data using interview and observation method and study on documentation from PT XYZ. The step of this research refers to the business process management cycle by mapping the procurement business process to the SCOR frameworks level 1 to level 3, modeling workflow and transaction procurement process data, and then analyzing problems using Cause / Effect, SCOR Model and Mutual Solution CESM).
The result of this research is the comparison of the process structure of the material procurement business at PT XYZ with the process contained in the SCOR framework. After analysis, the procurement process at PT XYZ is included in the SCOR Source process under the Engineer to Order category. Then the process contained in the Source process on SCOR is the same as the procurement process run by PT XYZ. In addition, based on the analysis of CESM is proposed the solution of problems in the form of activities, best practice, and information technology to solve the problem.
