Abstract

PT.Industri Gula Glenmore (IGG) mempunyai sistem kelistrikan yang di suplai dari dua buah sumber, yaitu PLN dan Generator sebesar 2×10MW. Beban-beban yang di suplai dari sumber tersebut terdiri dari motor-motor berkapasitas besar dan motor-motor berkapasitas kecil.Untuk jenis pentanahan pada peralatan yang terdapat pada sistem kelistrikan PT.IGG mayoritas pentanahan peralatan dipilih menggunakan solid grounding. Sejak PT.IGG didirikan tahun 2016 belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi tentang setting proteksi yang terpasang pada sistem kelistrikanya, ketika terjadi hubung singkat rele tidak dapat melokalisir gangguan dengan baik,sehingga dilakukan evaluasi dengan cara melakukan analisa tentang setting koordinasi rele yang terpasang pada sistem kelistrikan PT.IGG. Ketika sistem kelistrikan PT.IGG dengan setting existing proteksi di modelkan ke dalam software, dapat dilihat banyak kesalahan dari setting existing. Secara umum kesalahan setting terjadi karena kesalahan menentukan urutan trip, beberapa rele trip secara bersama, dan time grading yang digunakan tidak memenuhi standart. Setelah menganalisa kesalahan setting existing,maka dilakukan resetting, dan pada tugas akhir ini didapatkan setting koordinasi rele yang benar untuk diterapkan di PT.IGG.

ing on their electricity system, when relay get
short circuit could not evacuate fault hence the
valuation need be held by setting analysis rele coordination on electricity system of PT. IGG. The results of the evaluation is existing protection setting in
software has a lot of failure on setting. In general, system have an error setting on deciding order of fault, some of relay have fault simultaneously, and time grading that used on system not fulfill the
standard. The results of the error existing setting analysis make the system need re-setting, and on this final assignment get the coordination setting that veritable on system in PT. IGG
