Abstract
UMKM Alifah Collection yang memproduksi garmen secara Make to Order ini masih menggunakan proses pencatatan secara manual. Dampak yang dirasakan dalam penggunaan pencatatan secara manual adalah kesulitan dalam pengelolaan dokumen seperti nota penjualan dan pembelian sering hilang. Dibutuhkan tools yang tepat dalam mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. ERP berbasis Open-source seperti Odoo merupakan salah satu perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan pada UMKM Alifah Collection mengingat keterbatasan sumber daya UMKM tersebut.
Metode Action Design Research digunakan dalam pembuatan salah satu artefak TI yaitu blueprint, karena metode ADR menggabungkan perancangan artefak TI yang dipraktekan langsung untuk merubah lingkungan UMKM Alifah Collection sebagai objek sistem informasi. ADR memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu Problem Formulation, Building, Intervention and Evaluation, Reflection, and Learning. Setelah blueprint telah dilakukan BIE hingga tahap final, selanjutnya dilakukan pembuatan konfigurasi dan modifikasi Sistem Odoo. Sistem Odoo yang terbuat dilakukan pengujian sistem, pelatihan sistem dan diberikan dokumen User Guide, dan pada akhirnya dilakukan uji coba implementasi Sistem Odoo. Reflection and Learning dilakukan setelah serangkaian proses implementasi sistem Odoo pada UMKM Alifah Collection.
Hasil akhir dari tugas akhir ini adalah dokumen blueprint yang sesuai dengan metode Action Design Research dan Sistem ERP Odoo versi 10.0 yang telah dikonfigurasi dan dimodifikasi. Dengan implementasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu administrasi UMKM Alifah Collection dalam akurasi data, menyediakan informasi secara mudah, dan mengintegrasikan seluruh informasi supaya dapat meningkatkan kinerja proses bisnis
=========== Alifah Collection SMEs that produces garment based on make to order still use manually recording process, so that the impact is difficulty in document management and loss of sales and purchase memorandum documents. there is needed appropiate tools to solve that problem. ERP based upon open source like odoo is one of software that can used to solve the problem in Alifah collection SMEs.
Action design research method used on build one of TI artifact namely blueprint, adr method is combine TI artifact that directly practice to changed Alifah collection SMEs circle as information system object. ADR consist of problem formulation, building, intervention and evaluation, reflection and learning. After the blueprint has been done BIE until the final stage, then made the configuration and modification of the Odoo System. Odoo system made system testing, system training and given the document User Guide, and in the end performed testing of the implementation of the Odoo System. Reflection and Learning is done after a series of implementation process of Odoo system at Alifah Collection SMEs.
The result of this final project is a blueprint document that is in accordance with Action Design Research and Odoo ERP System version 10.0 which has been configured and modified. With this implementation is expected to help SMEs Alifah Collection administration in data accuracy, provide information easily, and integrate all information order to improve business process performance
