Abstract
Beban yang berubah setiap waktu memerlukan analisis aliran daya optimal dalam rentang waktu tertentu yang kemudian disebut aliran daya optimal dinamis atau Dynamic Optimal Power Flow (DOPF). Analisis DOPF pada tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan pada sistem dengan penyimpan energi.
Kontingensi adalah kondisi yang tidak dapat dihindarkan pada sistem tenaga listrik. Saat terjadi kontingensi, sistem harus tetap beroperasi. Kondisi kontingensi dapat menyebabkan sistem melanggar batasan-batasan operasi seperti batas saluran, ramp rate pembangkit, dan batas pembangkit. Selain kondisi kontingensi, sistem juga semakin terbebani karena peningkatan beban tidak seiring dengan pengembangan sistem sehingga sistem semakin mendekati titik kritis yang dapat menyebabkan ketidakstabilan tegangan yang ditandai dengan voltage collapse. Karena itu, analisis DOPF dengan penyimpan energi ini dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan batas keamanan dan kestabilan tegangan. Metode yang digunakan untuk penyelesaian tugas akhir ini adalah dengan Sequential Quadratic Programming. Dengan pertimbangan batas keamanan dan kestabilan tegangan, biaya operasi sistem dengan penyimpan energi menjadi lebih mahal 6,8%.
=============== Loads that change in any time require optimal power flow analysis over a specified time range which is called Dynamic Optimal Power Flow (DOPF). DOPF analysis in this final project will be done on a system with energy storage.
Contingency is an unavoidable condition in the power system. When contingency occurs, the system must remain in operation. Contingency conditions may cause the system to violate operational constraints such as transmission limit, ramp rate, and generator limit. Moreover, system is getting burdened because the load increase so that system getting closer to critical point that can cause voltage instability which is indicated by voltage collapse. Therefore, DOPF with energy storage will be analyzed considering to security constraint and voltage stability. Sequential Quadratic Programming is used to solve this problem. With the consideration of security constraint and voltage stability, the operating cost of the system with energy storage becomes more expensive 6.8%.
