Abstract

Gedung perkantoran The Royal Bussiness Park Surabaya terletak di Tambak Oso, Waru. Namun dalam tugas akhir ini, lokasi bagunan gedung direncanakan di Sumenep dan melakukan modifikasi atau desain ulang dengan mengurangi jumlah lantai dan beberapa elemen arsitektur. Berdasarkan data tanah, diketahui bahwa gedung dibangun di atas tanah dengan kondisi tanah sedang (kelas situs SD) dan kategori desain seismik C sehingga perhitungan perencanaan struktur menggunakan metode sistem rangka pemikul momen menengah (SRPMM).
Perencanaan dan perhitungan beban gempa menggunakan metode statik ekuivalen sesuai SNI 1726-2012 dan Peta Hazard Indonesia 2010. Perhitungan struktural menggunakan SNI 2847-2013 dan Peraturan Beton Bertulang Indonesia 1971. Perhitungan pembebanan gedung menggunakan SNI 1727-2013. Sedangkan untuk pemodelan menggunakan program bantu SAP 2000 dan PCACOL. Bahan utama penyusun struktur adalah beton bertulang, dengan mengacu pada SNI 2847-2013: Persyaratan Beton Struktural untuk Gedung. Perencanaan struktur meliputi pelat, balok, kolom dan pondasi (pile cap). Selain perencanaan struktur, dalam Tugas Akhir ini juga membahas metode pelaksanaan untuk elemen balok dan pelat.
Hasil dari perencanaan struktur ini berupa gambar teknik yang terdiri dari gambar arsitektur, gambar denah struktur, dan gambar detail penulangan. ============ Office building of The Royal Bussiness Park Surabaya is located at Tambak Oso, Waru. Nevertheless in this final project, the building is planned to be located in Sumenep and having several modifications or redesign by eliminating the stories and some architectural elements. Based on the soil investigation, it is known that the building would stand on intermediate site (site class SD) and seismic design category of C. Thus, the structure planning is done by intermediate moment resisting frame system (SRPMM).
Planning and analysis of earthquake load uses equivalent static analysis based on SNI 1726-2012 and Indonesian Hazard Map 2010. Structural analysis is based on SNI 2847-2013 and PBI 1971. Load analysis is based on SNI 1727-2013. The modelling uses SAP 2000 and PCACOL.
The structure is reinforced concrete based on SNI 2847-2013: Persyaratan Beton Struktural untuk Gedung. Structure planning covers slab, beam, column and foundation (pile cap). Besides, this final project also discusses about beam and slab implementation method.
The outputs of the structure planning is shop drawing which consists of architectural, structural and reinforcement detailing.
