Abstract
Kabupaten Ponorogo terletak di Provinsi Jawa Timur, dengan ketinggian antara 92 sampai dengan 2.563 meter diatas permukaan laut, dan memiliki luas wilayah 1.371,78 km2. Meningkatnya perekonomian di Kabupaten Ponorogo mengakibat terpicunya pembangunan infrastruktur, salah satunya adalah pembangunan Waduk Bendo yang berfungsi untuk mengembangkan daerah Ponorogo yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan sumber daya air, guna memenuhi berbagai keperluan masyarakat seperti penyediaan air irigasi, air baku domestik dan industri serta pengendalian banjir.
Owner dari proyek Waduk Bendo Ponorogo ini adalah Kementrian PU Dirjen SDA BBWS Bengawan Solo. Pihak kontraktor dalam kegiatannya hanya mengandalkan gambar teknis dari owner dan dokumen metode pelaksanaan.
Pekerjaan pelimpah samping (spillway) terdiri atas beberapa pekerjaan pemetaan, pekerjaan pembersihan dan pengupasan, pekerjaan galian tanah, pekerjaan shotcrete, pekerjaan pemboran dan grouting, pekerjaan beton, dan pekerjaan urugan kembali. Total ada 7 item pekerjaan yang kami bahas pada proyek pembangunan bangunan pelimpah samping (spillway) Waduk Bendo, Ponorogo.
Pekerjaan spillway membutuhkan beberapa alat berat yang berfungsi sebagai penunjang pekerjaan dilapangan antara lain gps geodetic, total station, bulldozer, excavator, dumptruck, hydraulic breaker jack hammer, air compressor, concrete mixer, shotcrete machine, water tank truck, drilling machine, grouting pump, grouting mixer, batching plant, truck mixer, concrete pump, concrete vibrator dan membutuhkan waktu selama 895 hari atau 2 tahun 2 bulan.

is caused by the development of infrastructure, one of which is the
development of Bendo Reservoir that serves to develop the
Ponorogo area related to the development o
f water resources, to
meet various needs of the community such as the provision of
irrigation water, domestic and industrial water and the
environment.
The owner of the Bendo Ponorogo Dam project is the
Ministry of Public Works of the Director General of
Natural
Resources BBWS Bengawan Solo. Contractors in their activities
rely solely on the technical drawings of owners and documents.
The spillway consists several parts of construction works,
there are: Mapping (survey), Land clearing and Grubbing,
Excava
tion Works, Shotcreting, Drilling and Grouting, Concrete
Works, Back Pile Works. There are
