Abstract
Setiap proyek konstruksi lazimnya mempunyai rencana pelaksanaan dan jadwal pelaksanaan yang tertentu, kapan pelaksanaan proyek tersebut harus dimulai , serta bagaimana penyediaan sumber dayanya. Namun. Pekerjaan pemancangan dapat dikatakan tidak sesuai target karena pada saat pemancangan sering terjadi kerusakan pada alat jack hammer, selain itu jumlah tenaga kerja pada saat pemancangan kurang sehingga proses pemancangan yang seharusnya sehari bisa mendapatkan 2 titik pancang hanya bisa memperoleh 1 titik saja . Maka dari itu tugas akhir ini disusun untuk memperoleh proses pemancangan yang optimal yang telah ditentukan tanpa mengurangi kualitasnya dengan meninjau tenaga kerja dan alat berat untuk proses pemancangan.
Responden yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah kontraktror pelaksana, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Study litelatur dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan langsung dan meminta data proyek. Data diolah menggunakan program software Microsoft Project yang selanjutnya akan diketahui keterlambatan proyek tersebut.

Every construction project commonly has specific implementation plans and schedule, when the implementation started, when the project should be done and how to finish the project, also how to provide the resources. However, some projects could not finish on time that already planned on the contract. Boundary pole installation can be said not fit the target because usually the jackhammer tool is broken when install the boundary pole, in addition the amount of manpower at the time to install the boundary pole is less so the installation process that usually can get 2 point in a day stake but it only can get 1 point in a day. So, the purpose of this research is to achieve the optimal determined process of boundary pole installation without decrease the quality by considering the manpower and heavyweight equipment for the boundary pole installation process.
The chosen respondent in this research are contractors. The chosen methods for this research are literature study and collecting data that is done by direct observation and requesting the project data. The data is processed by using Microsoft Project software which will be known the delay of the projects.
