Abstract

Tingginya pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia, mengakibatkan bertambahnya kebutuhan fisik antara lain untuk gedung perkantoran dan perumahan. Sehingga muncul ide untuk membuat konsep perumahan kearah vertikal. Dalam perencanaan suatu bangunan gedung bertingkat haruslah memikirkan tahanan terhadap gempa, karena gedung akan mengalami getaran akibat percepatan tanah yang disebabkan oleh gempa bumi yang sewaktu-waktu bisa terjadi. Penggunaan system kontruksi baja dapat dijadikan satu alternative untuk gedung bertingkat penahan gempa.
Steel Plate Shear Wall (SPSW) merupakan suatu system penahan beban lateral yang berbentuk pelat baja vertikal padat yang menghubungkan balok dan kolom di sekitarnya yang terpasang sepanjang ketinggian struktur yang membentuk suatu dinding penopang. SPSW memiliki daktilitas yang baik sehingga cocok digunakan di wilayah yang rawan gempa seperti di Indosesia.
Pada perhitungan struktur gedung dengan sistem SPSW ini mengacu pada Standar Perencanaan Ketahanan Gempa Untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung SNI 03-1726-2012, Tata Cara Perencanaan Struktur Baja Untuk Struktur Bangunan Gedung SNI 03-1729-2015, dan beban minimum untuk perencanaan bangunan gedung dan struktur lain SNI 1727-2013,. Dan dalam menganalisis strukturnya ditinjau dengan pengaruh beban gempa dinamik dengan menggunakan program bantu ETABS 2016.
Dari hasil analisa yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan yaitu : tebal pelat atap 11 cm, pelat lantai 11 cm. dimensi balok induk melintang dan memanjang WF 600x300x14x23, dimensi kolom lantai dasar 1100x1100, dimensi kolom lantai 1-5 CFT 700x700x25x25, dimensi kolom lantai 6-10 600x600x25x25, dimensi kolom lantai 11-15 CFT 500x500x25x25, dimensi kolom lantai 16-atap CFT 400x400x22x22, dimensi kolom VBE CFT 700x700x25x25, dimensi HBE WF 700x300x13x20, tebal SPSW 4mm. Base plate menggunakan ukuran 100x100 cm tebal 7cm. Perencanaan pondasi menggunakan tiang pancang precast diameter 60cm dengan kedalaman 30m.

The high population growth in Indonesia, resulted in increasing physical demand among others, for office buildings and housing. So the idea seems to make the concept of housing towards the vertical. In the planning of a multi-storey building must think about the resistance to the earthquake, because the building will experience the vibration due to acceleration of land caused by earthquakes that can happen at any time. The use of steel construction system can be used as an alternative for earthquake-resistant building.
Steel Plate Shear Wall (SPSW) is a lateral load-bearing system in the form of a solid vertical steel plate connecting the surrounding beams and columns mounted along the supporting wall. SPSW has good ductility that is suitable for use in earthquake prone areas such as in Indosesia.
In the calculation of the structure of the building with SPSW system is referring to Earthquake Resistance Planning Standards For Building Structure SNI 03-1726-2012, Procedure Planning Steel Structure For Building Structure SNI 03-1729-2015, and the minimum load for the planning of buildings and structures Other SNI 1727-2013, And in analyzing the structure using the ETABS 2016 asset program.
From the analysis that has been done, found that: thick plate roof 11 cm, plate floor 11 cm. dimension of the main beam WF 600x300x14x23, the dimensions of the 1-5th floor columns CFT 700x700x25x25, the dimensions of the 6-10th floor 600x600x25x25 columns, the dimensions of the 11-15 CFT 500x500x25x25 floor columns, the dimensions of the 16-roofed CFT 400x400x22x22, VBE CFT 700x700x25x25 column dimension, HBE WF 700x300x13x20 dimension, 4mm SPSW thickness. Base plate using size 100x100 cm thick 7cm. foundation planning uses pile of precast concrete with 60 cm diameter and 30m depth
