Abstract

Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok merupakan salah satu pelabuhan terbesar dan tersibuk di Indonesia. Pelabuhan ini memegang peranan penting bagi ekonomi Indonesia. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi di pelabuhan ini adalah pendangkalan kolam labuh akibat pengendapan sedimen. Hal tersebut dapat menyebabkan terhambatnya kapal yang akan berlabuh.. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pengerukan. Dalam tugas akhir ini ada sembilan kolam labuh di Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok yang ditinjau, yaitu Kolam Dermaga 004, 009, 100, 101 U, 114, 115, 301, 302 dan DKP. Dari rancangan pengerukan, didapatkan kedalaman pada area tersebut mulai dari -8 meter sampai -15 meter. Total area yang dikeruk adalah 134.112,56 m2. Perhitungan volume pengerukan menggunakan software surfer dan didapat volume sebesar 291.779,7 m3. Kapal yang cocok dipakai di lokasi adalah kapal keruk tipe TSHD dan Clamshell. Dari hasil perhitungan, kapal keruk yang paling efektif adalah kapal keruk TSHD tipe C dengan waktu 27 hari dan total sebesar Rp 8.257.759.133,-

Port of Tanjung Priok is one of the largest and busiest port in Indonesia. This port have an important role in economy of Indonesia. One of the problems that often occur in this port is the silting of the basin due to the sedimentation. This may cause decelaration of the ship to be docked. So, it is necessary to dredge the port’s basin. In this final project, there are nine basins at Tanjung Priok Port which are reviewed. There are basin at pier 004, 009, 100, 101 U, 114, 115, 301, 302, and DKP. From the dredging design, the depth of the area ranging from -8 meters until -15 meters. The total of area that will be dredged is 113.112,56 m2. The calculation of the volume using Surfer software with grid method and obtained total volume of 291.779,7 m3. The dredgers that are suitable to use on this site are TSHD and Clamshell. From the final calculation result, the most effective dredger is the TSHD type C with the duration of 27 days and the total cost is Rp 8.257.759.133,-
