Abstract
Peraturan Kepala BIG Nomor 3 Tahun 2016 tentang Spesifikasi Teknis Penyajian Peta Desa merupakan peraturan yang diterbitkan oleh Badan Informasi Geospasial untuk mengatur pembuatan sebuah Peta Desa. Dengan terbitnya aturan tersebut maka penulis melakukan Analisa terhadap Peta Desa Beran yang digunakan sebagai media peningkatan status dari desa menjadi kelurahan. Hal yang dianalisa antara lain kesesuaian layer di setiap produk peta desa, kesesuaian posisi objek dan penegasan batas administrasi yang digunakan pada Peta Desa Beran.
Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kartometrik. Metode kartometrik yaitu penelusuran/penarikan garis batas pada peta kerja dan pengukuran/penghitungan posisi titik, jarak serta luas cakupan wilayah dengan menggunakan peta dasar dan peta-peta lain sebagai pelengkap.
Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan 3 analisa jenis peta yaitu, Peta Citra Desa , Peta Sarana dan Prasarana, dan Peta Penutup Lahan dan Penggunaan Lahan . Pada Peta Citra Desa, Peta Sarana dan Prasarana, dan Peta Penutup Lahan dan Penggunaan Lahan terdapat kesesuaian layer wajib sebesar 57 %, 62.5% dan 57% dengan nilai maksimal sebesar 100%. Sedangkan pada layer pilihan terdapat kesesuaian masing-masing sebesar 25% dengan nilai maksimum sebesar 100%.

Geospatial Information Head Agency Rules No. 3/2016 on Technical Specifications for Presentation of Rural Maps is a regulation issued by the Geospatial Information Agency to regulate the creation of a Rural Map. With the issuance of the rule, the authors conducted an analysis of Beran’s Rural Map which is used as a media to increase the status of the village into kelurahan. It analyzed, among others, the suitability of layers in each Rural map product, the suitability of object positions and the affirmation of administrative boundaries used in Beran’s Rural Map.
The methodology used in this research is the cartometric method. The cartometric method is the tracing / drawing of the boundary on the work map and the measurement / calculation of the point position, the distance and the area coverage by using the base map and other maps as a complement.
. The result obtained in this research is to produce 3 map type analysis that is, rural image map, facilities and infrastructure map amd land cover and land use map. In the rural image map, facilities and infrastructure map amd land cover and land use map there is a required layer suitability of 57%, 62.5% and 57% with a maximum value of 100%. While on the choice layer there is the suitability of each of 25% with a maximum value of 100%.
