Abstract

Pembangunan gedung tingkat tinggi merupakan salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi kurangnya lahan di kota-kota besar yang padat penduduk. Pada gedung tingkat tinggi, basement serta pondasi merupakan dua hal yang sangat penting fungsinya. Salah satu gedung bertingkat yang menggunakan basement adalah Voza Premium Office yang terletak di kawasan Surabaya Barat. Konstruksi dinding penahan tanah yang dipilih untuk basement adalah soldier pile dengan menggunakan angkur. Sedangkan jenis pondasi yang digunakan adalah borepile, hal ini dinilai kurang efisien mengingat Voza Premium Office dibangun di atas tanah lempung yang cukup keras. Angkur yang dipasang pada dinding penahan tanah kemungkinan juga menembus tanah dibawah rumah dan gedung di sekitarnya mengingat Voza Premium Office terletak di kawasan padat penduduk. Karena alasan tersebut maka perlu direncanakan pondasi yang lebih efisien dan direncanakan dinding penahan basement yang tidak mengguanakan angkur.
Pada tugas akhir ini direncanakan kedalaman dan diameter dari secant pile dan tebal diaphragm wall serta dimensi, kedalaman, dan penurunan dari pondasi tikar dan pondasi sarang laba-laba yang dinilai lebih efisien mengingat tanah di kawasan Surabaya barat adalah tanah lempung yang cukup keras. Tujuan dibuatnya alternatif adalah membandingkan perencanaan tiap alternatif dalam hal kestabilan, kekuatan, deformasi, dan penurunan.
Hasil yang didapatkan berdasarkan analisa dan perhitungan pada secant pile didapatkan diameter sebesar 1.5 meter dengan kedalaman 44 meter dan deformasi maksimal 7,51 mm. Pada diaphragm wall didapatkan tebal 1.4 meter dengan kedalaman 44 meter dan deformasi maksimal 7,29 mm. Pada pondasi tikar didapatkan tebal 2 meter dengan penurunan sebesar 8,3 cm. Pada perencanaan pondasi KSLL, rib kontruksi dan rib settlemet memiliki dimensi sama yaitu 20 cm x 200 cm serta penurunan sebesar 7,6 cm. Bedasarkan hasil deformasi dinding basement, daya dukung pondasi, dan penurunan pondasi, disarankan menggunakan alternatif diaphragm wall dan pondasi sarang laba-laba pada gedung Voza Premium Office.

Construction of high rise building is one solution to overcome the lack of land in major cities are densely populated. In high-rise buildings, basements and foundations are two very important functions. One high rise building that uses basement is Voza Premium Office located in West Surabaya area. Construction of retaining wall chosen for the basement is a soldier pile by using anchors. While the type of foundation used is borepile, it is considered less efficient considering Voza Premium Office is built on stiff clay soil. Anchor mounted on a retaining wall may also penetrate the soil under the house and surrounding buildings considering Voza Premium Office located in densely populated areas. For this reason, it is necessary to plan a more efficient foundation and planned basement retaining wall that does not use an anchor.
In this final project is planned the depth and diameter of secant pile, thickness of diaphragm wall, dimension, depth, and settlement of mat foundation and spider web foundation which is considered more efficient considering land in West Surabaya area is stiff clay. The purpose of making an alternative is to compare the planning of each alternative in terms of stability, strength, deformation, and settlement.
The results obtained based on the analysis and calculations on the secant pile obtained a diameter of 1.5 meters with a depth of 44 meters and a maximum deformation of 7,51 mm. On the diaphragm wall is found 1.4 meters thick with a depth of 44 meters and a maximum deformation of 7,29 mm. On the foundation mats obtained thick 2 meters with settlement of 8.3 cm. In the planning of spider web foundation, rib construction and rib settlement have same dimension that is 20 cm x 200 cm and settlement equal to 7,6 cm. Based on the basement wall deformation, foundation bearing capacity, and foundation settlement, it is recommended to use an alternative diaphragm wall and spider web foundation in the Voza Premium Office building.
