Abstract
==================================================================================================================Lamongan Oil Tanker Terminal (LOTT) in Brondong, Lamongan, East Java Province was designed to be able to serve 1.000 DWT to 50.000 DWT ship. In existing conditions, LOTT was divided into 3 terminals that each terminal serves ships with different capacities. Terminal 1 serves from 1.000 DWT to 5.000 DWT ships. These Terminal is planned to be modified into a port that serves 5.000 DWT to 10.000 DWT ships safely.
The port is planned to withstand eathquakes with a 500-year repetition period and the combination of loading is using SNI 1725-2016: Standar Pembebanan untuk Jembatan. The port building requirements are referring to Oil Company International Marine Forum (OCIMF) and analyzed using SAP2000 software. The port structure elements are planned with cast in situ method due to cost considerations and minimize the problem of structure elements connections.
Based on the modification planning, the elevation of port is +4.00 meters above LWS with the dimensions of platform are 35 meters x 15 meters. The dimensions of mooring dolphin are 6,5 meters x 6,5 meters and the dimensions of berthing dolphin are 6,75 meters x 5 meters. For the length of the trestle which adjusted to the distance between the port and the mainland is 1200 meters long and the width is 8 meters. The port also has primary facilities such as SV 800H type of fenders, MT50 bollards and B0030 marine loading arm. All calculations for all structural elements are presented in technical drawing.
