Abstract

Penggunaan transportasi udara semakin meningkat setiap tahun, dan fasilitas bandar udara menjadi sarananya. Bandar Udara Internasional Juanda merupakan salah satu bandar udara internasional tersibuk kedua di Indonesia. Kesibukan ini juga mempengaruhi peningkatan pergerakan pesawat di Bandar Udara Juanda. Semakin meningkatnya pergerakan pesawat, maka jadwal keberangkatan pesawat akan semakin padat dan dapat membuat pesawat menunggu untuk lepas landas (takeoff). Dimana pesawat dalam kondisi berhenti untuk menunggu giliran lepas landas yang dapat mempengaruhi perkerasan. Data primer dalam analisis ini diperoleh dari hasil survey lapangan yang meninjau waktu pesawat untuk lepas landas (takeoff) dan mendarat (landing). Lalu menganalisis waktu lama berhenti pesawat, dan mengevaluasi daya dukung perkerasan pada taxiway N1 Bandar Udara Juanda. Pada evaluasi daya dukung ini akan membandingkan gross weight pesawat dengan gross weight yang diizinkan, dan membandingkan tebal perkerasan eksisting dengan total tebal perkerasan cakupan rata-rata menggunakan program bantu COMFAA. Kemudian merencanakan tebal perkerasan yang dibutuhkan dengan program bantu FAARFIELD. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa beban pesawat yang berhenti untuk menunggu giliran lepas landas (takeoff) pada taxiway N1 tidak sesuai dengan rencana beban untuk taxiway N1. Perhitungan kebutuhan tebal perkerasan untuk taxiway N1 adalah 700 mm dengan tipe perkerasan kaku (rigid pavement). =====================================================================================================
The use of air transportation is increasing every year, and airport facilities become the means. Juanda International Airport is one of the second busiest international airport in Indonesia. This busyness also affects the increase of aircraft movement at Juanda Airport. As the aircraft moves up, the scheduled departure time of the aircraft will become denser and can make the plane wait for takeoff. Where the aircraft is in a stop condition to wait for a take-off turn which can affect the pavement. The primary data in this analysis were obtained from observation that reviewed the time of the aircraft for takeoff and landing. Then describe the long time stopping aircraft, and evaluate the carrying capacity of the pavement pavement taxiway N1 on the Juanda Airport. In the evaluation of carrying capacity this will compare the gross weight of the aircraft with maximum allowable gross weight, and compare existing pavement thickness with thickness for total equivalent coverages using COMFAA program. Then design the thickness of the pavement needed with the FAARFIELD program. The evaluation results indicate that the load of the plane that stopped to wait for the takeoff turn on the N1 taxiway was not in accordance with the design load for the taxiway N1. The calculation of the pavement thickness requirement for the N1 taxiway is 700 mm with the rigid pavement type.
