Abstract
Kampung di Jakarta memiliki masalah yang kompleks disebabkan isu-isu penggusuran yang terjadi dari tahun 2014, permasalah tersebut diselesaikan dengan merelokasi penduduknya ke rumah susun berbasis sewa (rusunawa). Penyelesaian tidak selesai begitu saja, timbul permasalahan-permasalahan baru seperti penduduk mulai bingung untuk membayar biaya sewa, karena lokasi rumah susunnya jauh dari mata pencaharian sehari-hari mereka.
Perubahan lingkungan yang terjadi di rumah susun yang baru juga merupakan sebuah persoalan yang harus diselesaikan, lingkungan baru berarti kebiasaan baru juga, perilaku manusia dipaksakan oleh desain yang sudah ada melalui kehendak perancang. Rancangan yang tidak sesuai dengan perilaku kebiasaan yang dialami penghuninya dari lingkungan yang lama akan menggangu aktivitas mereka, terkadang rancangan tersebut tidak akan bertahan lama dan memungkinkan terjadinya maintenance yang buruk.
Behaviour Setting atau tatar ruang adalah pendekatan yang digunakan untuk mencapai hunian rumah susun yang layak huni dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan penghuninya, selain itu juga membantu dalam melaraskan rancangan dengan kebiasaan penghuninya. Kampung sejatinya juga tidak pernah luput dengan sifat kekeluargaannya sehingga terjadinya suatu interaksi sosial. Interaksi sosial di kampung terjadi akibat adanya suatu ruang (space) yang mewadahi sosial interaksi mereka, munculah ruang terbuka yang akan mendukung rumah susun untuk mencapai pendekatan tatar ruang.

Kampung in Jakarta has a complex problem because of evictions that occurred from the year 2014, the problem solved by relocating its residents to rusunawa. The settlement is not finished yet, there is a new problem such as residents who are confused pay the rent, because the location of the apartment away from their daily livelihood.
The environmental changes taking place in new apartments are also a problem to be solved, the new environment means new habits as well, human behavior is imposed by existing designs through the will of designers. Designs that do not match the habitual behavior experienced by residents in the old environment will disrupt their activities, sometimes the design will not last long and allow poor maintenance.
Behavior Setting is the approach used to achieve housing flats suitable for residence and in accordance with the needs of its inhabitants, but also helps in aligning the design with the habit of its inhabitants. Kampung true also never separated with kinship so that the nature of social interaction. Social interaction in the kampong occurs because space (space) that accommodates their social interaction, open space that will support the flat to reach the setting itself
