Abstract

Gedung Ruko Blok C merupakan salah satu blok ruko yang ada di Proyek Apartemen Puncak Central Business District (CBD). Berlokasi di Jl. Kramat Kali Wiyung Surabaya, proyek ini nantinya diproyeksikan sebagai kawasan sentral bisnis di Surabaya. Gedung Ruko Blok C difungsikan sebagai tempat usaha pada lantai bawah dan tempat tinggal pada lantai atas. Ruko Blok C direncanakan memiliki ketinggian empat lantai dengan atap pelat beton. Berdasarkan hasil Standart Penetration Test (SPT) diketahui bahwa gedung dibangun di atas kelas situs tanah sedang dan termasuk dalam kategori desain seismik C sehingga perhitungan struktur dapat mengggunakan metode Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Menengah (SRPMM).
Perhitungan struktur dan gempa mengacu pada peraturan yang berlaku. Peraturan yang digunakan adalah standar desain yang berlaku di Indonesia yaitu SNI 2847-2013; SNI 1727-2013; SNI 1726-2012. Dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan preliminari desain pada komponen struktur untuk menentukan dimensi dari elemen struktur. Hasil dari preliminari kemudian dijadikan sebagai acuan dalam melakukan permodelan. Hasil dari permodelan berupa gaya dalam yang digunakan pada perhitungan penulangan komponen struktur. Kemudian dilakukan pengecekan kemampuan dan persyaratan dari struktur.
Perhitungan yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk menghasilkan desain komponen struktur dan penulangannya yang kemudian disajikan dalam gambar desain. Gambar desain tersebut berguna sebagai acuan pelaksananaan dari pekerjaan komponen tersebut di lapangan.

This shophouse building is one among another shophouse
in Puncak CBD Apartment. Located in Kramat kali wiyung
surabaya, this building is hopefully would become the biggest
central business in surabaya. Later, the building is used as a store
on the lower floor and the house at the upper floor. The shopshouse
is design to have four floor level and the concrete roof at the top of
it. According to the Soil Test of Standard Penetration Test (SPT) it
is known that the building is located on the intermediate
classification of site.Therefore the calculation of structure is using
the Intermediate Frame Moment Method (IFMM).
The calculation of structure and earthquake is referring to
the standard design book known as SNI (Standar Nasional
Indonesia). Standard manual book which is to be used for the
calculation is SNI 2847-2013; SNI 1727-2013; SNI 1726-2012.
For the earthquake is using the spectrum response. Structre
calculation is start by doing the preliminary design of the

component of the structure. Then, the result from the preliminary
design is used to make the model of the building. The result
obtained by the model then used for the calculation of
reinforcement.
From the preparation of this final assigntment is obtained
report of calculation result of the shophouse's structure that able to
withstand the style that bears the building. Incluiding earthquake
style. The final result from the calculation is then interpreted to the
shop drawing.
