Abstract

Jalan Tol Jakarta – Cikampek II Elevated merupakan jalan layang yang menghubungkan wilayah Jakarta dengan Cikampek. Jalan tol elevated ini memiliki rute yang sama dengan jalan tol eksisting yang telah ada sebelumnya. Volume lalulintas kendaraan yang melalui jalan tol ini semakin meningkat dan sudah melebihi batasnya,hal ini melatarbelakangi pembangunan Jalan Tol Jakarta Cikampek II Elevated. Pada ruas jalan tol ini digunakan girder box baja karena tidak memerlukan waktu lama untuk proses pemasangan, serta berat yang ringan mempermudah mobilisasi girder ke lokasi proyek.
Dalam tugas akhir ini, dilakukan perencanaan struktur Elevated Bridge menggunakan steel box girder dan pilar . Elevated bridge yang akan dibahas ini mempunyai panjang 60 meter dengan 2 jalur. Masing – masing jalur mempunyai lebar 11 meter dengan gap antar jalur 80 cm. Sehingga memiliki total lebar jalan adalah 22,8 m.
Perencanaan struktur jembatan ini berpedoman pada beberapa standar peraturan yang ada yaitu untuk pembebanan mengacu pada SNI 1725-2016, perencanaan beban gempa jembatan mengacu pada SNI 2833-2013, perencanaan girder baja disesuaikan dengan ASHTO LRFD 2012. Untuk desain pelat lantai kendaraan menggunakan SNI 2847-2002. Analisa struktur yang dilakukan meliputi analisa rasio penampang struktur profil pelat baja dan desain detail sambungan, peritungan tulangan kolom dan pile cap serta perhitungan kebutuhan pancang.
Hasil dari tugas akhir perencanaan ini didapatkan tebal pelat lantai 200 mm,gelagar steel box girder dengan bentang 60 m, pier head prestress dengan dimensi 3000 x2800, kolom pilar dengan dimensi 2500 x 3000, dan pile cap 11400 x 5400 ,diameter borepile 1200 m, jumlah borepile 6 buah, konfigurasi borepile 3 arah memanjang dan 2 arah melintang serta kedalaman borepile 36 m.

Jakarta - Cikampek II Elevated highway is a flyover connecting Jakarta with Cikampek. This elevated highway has the same route as existing existing toll roads. The traffic volume of vehicles passing through this toll road has increased and already exceeded its limits, this is behind the development of Jakarta Cikampek II Elevated Toll Road. On this toll road, steel girder box is used because it does not take long for the installation process, and the light weight makes it easier to mobilize the girder to the project site.
In this final project, the planning of Elevated Bridge structure using steel box girder and pillar. Elevated bridge to be discussed has a length of 60 meters with 2 lanes. Each track has a width of 11 meters with an 80 cm gap between lines. So the total width of the road is 22.8 m.
The design of this bridge structure is guided by several existing regulatory standards, namely for the loading referred to SNI 1725-2016, the planning of the bridge load of the bridge referred to SNI 2833-2013, the steel girder planning is adjusted to ASHTO LRFD 2012. For the design of the floor plate of the vehicle using SNI 2847- 2002. The structural analysis includes cross section analysis of steel plate profile structure and connection detail design, calculation of column and pile cap reinforcement and calculation of stake requirement.
The result of this final project planning is 200 mm thick floor plate, steel box girder with span 60 m, pier head prestress with dimension 3000 x2800, pillar columns with dimensions 2500 x 3000, and pile cap 11400 x 5400, 1200 mm diameter of bore pile, number of borepile 6 pieces,and 36 m deep borepile depth.
