Abstract
Seiring berubahnya gaya hidup masyarakat kota Surabaya, para pelaku bisnis dan masyarakat menjadikan restoran sebagai tempat untuk sarana bersosialisasi, dan berkumpul dengan teman, keluarga maupun relasi bisnis sambil menikmati makanan dan minuman. Suasana dan konsep yang dimiliki suatu restoran sangat berpengaruh pada pengunjung untuk datang, baik dari desain interior maupun atmosfir yang disuguhkan restoran yang mampu membuat pengunjung merasa nyaman dan terpuaskan akan kebutuhan suasana restoran yang mampu membuat suasana hati pengunjung menjadi kondusif untuk menunjang aktivitas yang dilakukan di dalam restoran.
Tteokbokki Queen merupakan restoran Korea yang terletak di Jalan Gapura Niaga, Blok K.12, Sambikereo, Lidah Kulon, Lakarsantri Surabaya. Perancangan ini menggunakan objek tersebut. Tujuan mendesain untuk menjadikan Tteokbokki Queen sebagai salah satu tempat favorit bersosialisasi, refreshing dan kuliner dengan mengutamakan konsep dan optimalisasi fungsi fasilitasnya sehingga menambah daya tarik pelanggan Tteokbokki Queen.
Dalam mendesain interior restoran diperlukan metode desain. Metode desain yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif yaitu meliputi identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan data, analisa data, konsep dan gagasan desain serta pengembangan desain yang menghasilkan desain akhir yang menyelesaikan permasalahan. Desain akhir berupa desain Tteokbokki Queen dengan konsep K-Pop dan komunikatif.
================================================================================= Along with the changing lifestyle of the people in Surabaya city, business people and society make the restaurant as a place to socialize, and gathering with friends, family and business relation while enjoying food and beverage. The atmosphere and concept of a restaurant is very influential on visitors to come, both from the interior design and atmosphere that served restaurant that can make visitors feel comfortable and satisfied will the needs of the restaurant atmosphere that is able to create a visitor's mood to be conducive to support the activities undertaken within restaurant.
Tteokbokki Queen is a Korean restaurant located at Jalan Gapura Niaga, Block K.12, Sambikereo, Lidah Kulon, Lakarsantri Surabaya. This design uses this object. The purpose of designing to make Tteokbokki Queen as one of the favorite place to socialize, refreshing and culinary by giving priority to the concept and optimization of the function of the facility so as to increase the appeal of customer Tteokbokki Queen.
In designing restaurant interior, design method is required. The design method used is descriptive method that includes problem identification, data collection, data analysis, concept and design ideas and design development that produce final design that solves the problem. The final design is Tteokbokki Queen with K-Pop and communicative concept.
