Abstract
Gedung Perkantoran One Galaxy Surabaya merupakan bangunan 25 lantai dimana 5 lantai dasar dihubungkan dengan pusat perbelanjaan yang berfungsi sebagai pusat perkantoran di Surabaya Timur akan dimodifikasi menjadi sebuah bangunan 25 lantai khusus untuk perkantoran dimana 2 lantai dasar digunakan sebagai lobby gedung perkantoran dan cafeteria, yang akan didesain menggunakan beton bertulang untuk elemen struktur vertikalnya dan beton pracetak pada elemen struktur horizontalnya dengan menggunakan sistem half slab.
Pada perencanaan struktur Gedung Perkantoran One Galaxy Surabaya ini didesain menggunakan Sistem Ganda karena gedung terletak di Kategori Seimik E. Rangka utama didesain sebagai Sistem Rangka Pemikul Momen Khusus dan dinding struktur didesain sebagai Dinding Struktur Beton Khusus
Dari Hasil Analisa yang telah dilakukan didapatkan kesimpilan bahwa rangka utama gedung mampu menahan beban lateral arah X dan Y yang masing-masing arah sebesar 33.3 % dan 25.1% sehingga syarat Sistem Ganda terpenuhi. Perencanaan pada half slab didasarkan pada kondisi paling kritis dari 3 fase kondisi (pengangkatan, sebelum komposit, dan setelah komposit). Digunakan tebal pelat lantai dan atap sebesar 15 cm dengan komposisi 10 cm tebal pelat precast dan 5 cm cor setempat. Dimensi kolom paling besar yang digunakan ialah 110 cm x 110 cm dan ukuran balok paling besar ialah 50 cm x 75 cm. Dalam perencanaan ini harus memenuhi peraturan mengenai bangunan tahan gempa terbaru, antara lain SNI 2847 : 2013, SNI 1726 : 2012, SNI 1727 : 2013, serta aturan lain yang berkaitan dengan bangunan tahan gempa.
Tulisan ini akan membahas perancangan struktur Gedung Perakantoran One Galaxy Surabaya sehingga akan menghasilkan perancangan yang berisi spesifikasi dan gambar yang sesuai dengan struktur sesuai dengan persyaratan yang digunakan dalam perancangannya, sehingga menghasilkan struktur yang ekonomis dan efisien.

One Galaxy Surabaya Office Building is a 25-storey building where 5 ground floors are connected to a shopping center that serves as an office center in East Surabaya will be modified into a special 25 storey building for offices where 2 ground floors are used as a lobby of office buildings and cafeteria, which will be designed using reinforced concrete for its vertical structural elements and precast concrete on its horizontal structural elements using a half slab system.
In the planning structure of One Galaxy Office Building Surabaya is designed using Double System because the building is located in Category Seimik E. Main Frame is designed as a Special Moment Frame System and wall structure is designed as Special Concrete Structure Wall.
From the results of the analysis that has been done, it is found that the main frame of the building is able to withstand the lateral load of X and Y directions, which is 33.3% and 25.1% respectively, so double system requirements are met. Planning at half slab is based on the most critical condition of the 3 phase conditions (lifting, before composite, and after composite). Used 15 cm thick of floor and roof plate with 10 cm thickness of plate precast and 5 cm of local cast. The largest column dimension used is 110 cm x 110 cm and the largest beam size is 50 cm x 75 cm. In this plan must comply with the regulations regarding the latest earthquake resistant buildings, including SNI 2847: 2013, SNI 1726: 2012, SNI 1727: 2013, as well as other rules related to earthquake resistant buildings.
This paper will discuss the design of Perakantoran One Galaxy Surabaya Building structure so that it will produce the design that contains the specifications and drawings in accordance with the structure in accordance with the requirements used in the design, resulting in an economical and efficient structure.
