Abstract
Telah dibuat ranncang bangun sistem monitoring Level Bensin Guna Mengetahui Specific Fuel Consumtion (SFC) atau waktu konsumsi bahan bakar bensin pada generator set dual duel system, sistem monitoring ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat penggunaan bahan bakar bensin pada generator set dual fuel system setelah penambahan bahan bakar biogas dengan menghitung perubahan level bensin pada srorage bensin dalam satuan menit. Pada sistem monitoring temperatur menggunakan alat ukur sensor ultrasonik tipe HCSR-04. Sensor ultrasonik HCSR-04 yang digunakan saat ini dengan range pengukuran 5 cm – 30cm, span : 25 cm ,resolusi 0,01, sensitifivitas (k) 1,0012, % maks, histerisis 1,44 %, akurasi 99,42 %. Monitoring level tingkat konsumsi menggunakan LCD 20x4 sebagai display. Pengambilan data sistem monitoring waktu konsumsi bensin dilakukan dengan mengukur perubahan penurunan level saat bensin masuk pada engine generator set dual fuel sytem. Didapatkan hasil bahwa tingkat penggunaaan bahan bakar atau specific fuel consumtion pada plant sebesar 7.28 (kg/hp/jam) dengan rata – rata konsumsi 0.061 (kg/hp.jam) dan tidak lebih dari standar SFC yaitu sebesar 6.4 (kg/hp.jam) . Dapat disimpulkan bahwa plant generator set dual fuel system dapat meminimalisir penggunaan bahan bakar bensin.===========================================================================================================
Already built a measuring and monitoring system of gasoline level to know Specific Fuel Consumtion (SFC) or gasoline fuel consumption time on generator set dual duel system, monitoring system is aimed to know the level of gasoline fuel usage in generator set of dual fuel system after addition of fuel biogas by calculating the change in gasoline level on gasoline srorage in minutes. In the temperature monitoring system using ultrasonic sensor type HCSR-04. The current HCSR-04 ultrasonic sensors are used with a measurement range of 5 cm - 30cm, span: 25 cm, resolution 0.01, sensitivity (k) 1.0012, max%, hysteresis 1.44%, 99.42% accuracy. Monitoring consumption level using LCD 20x4 as display. The data retrieval system of gasoline consumption time monitoring is done by measuring the change of level decrease when gasoline comes in the engine generator set of dual fuel sytem. It was found that the fuel consumption rate or specific fuel consumtion in the plant was 7.28 kg / hp / hour with an average consumption of 0.061 (kg / hp.jam) and no more than the SFC standard of 6.4 (kg / hp.jam ). It can be concluded that the plant generator set of dual fuel system can minimize the use of gasoline fuel.
