Abstract
Proyek pembangunan The Coral Hotel Solo adalah proyek pembangunan hotel yang berada di alamat jalan Kyai Mojo, Pasar Kliwon Solo. Proyek pembangunan hotel dengan jumlah 10 lantai yang berada pada lahan seluas 400 m2 dengan luas bangunan 328, 3 m2 tersebut menggunakan metode pengecoran setempat. Dimana dalam pelaksanaan pembangunanya sendiri meliputi pekerjaan persiapan, galian dan timbunan, pondasi, pekerjaan pengecoran dan dalam pekerjaannya menggunakan alat berat untuk memudahkan dan mempercepat pekerjaan. Hal yang pertama kali harus dilakukan dalam proses perencanaan pembangunan The Coral Hotel Solo adalah merencanakan anggaran biaya pelaksanaanya. Tahap awal dalam perhitungan biaya pelaksanaan haruslah melakukan analisa terlebih) dan memperhitungkan volume pekerjaan dan durasi tiap item pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan. Sedangkan untuk memperkirakan durasi pekerjaan harus dilakukan analisa awal dimana analisa tersebut memperhitungkan dari kapasitas produksi, produktivitas, durasi, dan koefisien. Sedangkan dalam pekerjaan perhitungan durasi dapat menggunakan alat bantu yaitu Microsoft project.
