Abstract

Heat Exchanger adalah alat penukar kalor yang berfungsi untuk mengubah temperature dan fasa suatu jenis fluida. Proses tersebut terjadi dengan memanfaatkan proses perpindahan kalor dari fluida temperature tinggi menuju fluida temperature rendah. Di dalam dunia industri peran dari heat exchanger sangat penting. Pada penelitian ini, difokuskan pada proses monitoring untuk membaca nilai sensor yang dibaca tetapi monitoring ini berbeda dikarenakan melalui internet atau website. Pada proses monitoring ini dibutuhkan website, desain HMI (Human Machine Interface) yang akan ditampilkan pada wesite tersebut dan sebuah database untuk menyimpan data yang telah tersimpan dan menampilkannya di website tersebut. Sistem ini menggunakan cara ambil data dari database yang telah dibuat lalu data diambil dan dikirim menuju website dan akan ditampilkan. Sistem monitoring ini juga dilengkapi dengan sistem penyimpanan data yang berada didalam website tersebut dan dapat tersimpan otomatis berserta waktu, tanggal, bulan, dan tahun untuk memudahkan untuk memonitoring.

Heat Exchanger is a heat exchange device that serves to change the temperature and phase of a fluid type. The process occurs by utilizing the process of heat transfer from high temperature fluid to low temperature fluid. In the industrial world the role of the heat exchanger is very important. In this study, focused on the monitoring process to read the value of the sensor read but the monitoring is different because through the internet or website. In the process of monitoring is required website, HMI (Human Machine Interface) design that will be displayed on the wesite and a database to store data that has been stored and display it on the website. This system uses how to grab data from the database that has been made and the data is taken and sent to the website and will be displayed. This monitoring system is also equipped with a data storage system located within the website and can be stored automatically along with the time, date, month, and year to make it easier to monitor.
