Abstract
Bandar Udara Internasional Ngurah Rai Bali adalah salah satu gerbang utama transportasi udara di Indonesia, yang mengalami pertumbuhan lalu lintas dan peningkatan yang pesat dari tahun ke tahun. Namun, peningkatan pergerakan pesawat tidak diiringi dengan pengembangan infrastruktur yang melayani pergerakan pesawat yaitu runway bandara. Oleh karenanya, perlu untuk menganalisis kapasitas runway Bandar Udara Internasional Ngurah Rai Bali agar ada kesesuain pergerakan pesawat dengan ketersediaan infrastruktur saat ini. Perhitungan kapasitas runway meliputi konfigurasi campuran pesawat dalam satu jam puncak. Analisa menggunakan data real dari pesawat yang beroperasi dan akan dibandingkan dengan hasil data pada saat peak hour. Peramalan dilakukan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan pergerakan pesawat pada 5 dan 10 tahun mendatang (2022 dan 2027). Kebutuhan runway akan dirancang berdasarkan hasil analisis pergerakan pesawat.hasil yang diharapkan adalah adanya perancangan detil runway yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan operasional.
Hasil perhitungan delay time saat peak hour didapatkan delay rata-rata sebesar 21 menit 41 detik. Untuk runway ke 2 dengan menggunakan pesawat B747 didapat runway rencana sebesar 3500 m dan mempunyai kapasitas rencana sebesar 100 operasi perjamnya. Untuk letak lokasi runway 2 berjarak 762 m dari runway eksisting.

Bali Ngurah Rai International Airport is one of the main gateways of air transportation in Indonesia, which has experienced traffic growth and rapid increase from year to year. However, the increase in aircraft movements is not accompanied by the development of infrastructure that serves aircraft movements, namely runway. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the runway capacity of Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport so that there is a suitability of aircraft movements with the current infrastructure availability. The calculation of runway capacity includes the configuration of the aircraft mixture in one hour peak. Analysis uses real data from aircraft that are operating and will be compared with the results of data at peak hour. Forecasting is carried out to determine the growth of aircraft movements in the next 5 and 10 years (2022 and 2027). Runway requirements will be designed based on the results of analysis of aircraft movements. The expected results are the existence of detailed runway design that suits operational needs. The results of the calculation of the delay time during peak hour obtained an average delay of 21 minutes 41

seconds. For the second runway using the B747 aircraft, the runway plan is 3500 m and has a planned capacity of 100 hours per hour.
