Abstract

Turbin gas yang dioperasikan secara terus-menerus, lambat laun akan mengalami penurunan performa yang akan berakibat terjadinya peningkatan biaya untuk mengoperasikan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan maintenance untuk meningkatkan atau menstabilkan performa dari turbin gas agar dapat berkerja secara optimal.
Maintenance yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan performa turbin gas yaitu dengan Overhoul. Terdapat tiga jenis overhoul pada turbin gas, salah satunya adalah combustion inspection. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari combustion inspection, perlu dilakukannya analisa perbandingan performa sebelum dan setelah dilakukannya combustion inspection.
Setelah dilakukannya perhitungan performa sebelum dan setelah combustion inspection pada PLTGU Blok GT 1.3 PT PJB UP Gresik dapat disimpulkan bahwa mengalami peningkatan. Peningkatan tersebut terjadi pada efisiensi siklus sebesar 0,193%, efisiensi turbin sebesar 0,1% dan efisiensi kompresor sebesar 1,8%. Sedangkan pada konsumsi bahan bakar spesifik lebih hemat sebesar 0,001%.
=================================================================================== Gas turbine which is operated continuously will slowly decrease the performance that will result increasing cost to operate. Therefore, needed maintenance to increase or stabilize the performance of gas turbine in order to work optimally.
Maintenance which can be done to increasing the performance of gas turbine is overhaul. There are three types of overhaul’s gas turbine, one of them is combustion inspection. To know the effect of combustion inspection, needed to do performance comparative analysis between before and after are done combustion inspection.
After doing performance calculation between before and after combustion inspection in PLTGU Blok GT 1.3 PT PJB UP Gresik can be concluded that increasing. This inscreasing occurs at cycle efficiency of 0,193%, turbine efficiency of 0,1% and compressor efficiency of 1,8%. While, specific fuel consumption is more efficient of 0,001%.
