Abstract
PT.Petrokimia Gresik merupakan produsen pupuk dimana kualitas produksi pupuk mendapatkan perhatian utama. Salah satu produk pupuk di PT. Petrokimia Gersik adalah pupuk SP-36. Produk pupuk SP-36 adalah pupuk tunggal yang biasa disebut dengan pupuk super Phospat dengan kandungan Phospat yang sangat tinggi dibandingkan dengan pupuk-pupuk lainnya yaitu dalam bentuk Phospat, selama ini perusahaan hanya menggunakan analisis kimia dengan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan perusahaan, dan dari hasil pemeriksaan tersebut belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi dengan menggunakan analisis kapabilitas proses secara statistika, sehingga tidak diketahui apakah hasil kandungan Phospat di pupuk SP-36 sudah kapabel atau belum. Hasil analisis pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan peta diketahui bahwa proses telah terkendali secara statistika namun belum kapabel atau kandungan Phospat pada pupuk SP-36 belum sesuai dan akar penyebab ketidaksesuaian ini cenderung diakibatkan oleh kondisi mesin yang sedang bermasalah ketika bekerja dan ketelitian operator terhadap mesin.

PT.Petrokimia Gresik is a fertilizer producer where the quality of fertilizer production get main attention. One of fertilizer product in PT. Petrokimia Gersik is SP-36 fertilizer. SP-36 fertilizer product is a single fertilizer commonly called super phosphate fertilizer with phosphate content which is very high compared to other fertilizers that is in the form of Phospat, so far the company only uses chemical analysis with specifications that have been determined by the company, and from the examination results it has never been evaluated by using statistical process capability analysis, so it is not known whether the result of Phospat content in SP-36 fertilizer is capable or not. The result of the analysis in this research by using the map is known that the process has been controlled statistically but not yet capable or the content of Phospat on SP-36 fertilizer is not suitable and the root cause of this conformity tends to be caused by the condition of the machine being problematic when working and the operator's accuracy against machine.
