Abstract

Current conditions at PT. PLN (Persero) for breakdown NH fuse can not be known in real time. The disturbance officer learned that NH fuse broke up after a report from an out-of-date customer. Officers plunge straight into the field, checking on NH fuse. This is considered to be less efficient because the transformer pivot beam that must be inspected every hundreds of repeaters.
The title of this final task is the design of NH fuse monitoring sys-tem on LV panel in real time. The workings of this tool is to oversee the work of NH fuse on the LV panel which takes the current and voltage data generated using the sensor. Then the data from the sensor is pro-cessed by arduino and the data obtained will be sent to the server via wifi and NH fuse performance can be seen on the server computer.
In designing this tool can measure the voltage and current of NH fuse. The results of this design can measure voltages with an average error value of about 0.07% to 0.213% and current measurements having an average error value of between 3.07% to 9.04%. As for testing for monitoring the load more done by replacing the NH fuse with fuse 1 Ampere.Saat Flow approaching 1 Ampere, over current indicator on LabVIEW will light up. Then when the fuse is flowed by a current of 1 Ampere which will make the fuse break. When the fuse breaks make the NH fuse status indicator on any of the phases in LabVIEW will die. IP Address Adjustments on LabVIEW can show which substations are currently being monitored.
