Abstract
PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk merupakan salah satu milik BUMN di Indonesia dan merupakan salah satu produsen semen yang terbesar di Indonesia, dimana produk semen yang tersedia di pasaran dan paling banyak diproduksi adalah semen PPC dengan karakteristik kualitas variabel yaitu kandungan mesh. Perusahaan menentukan kualitas terhadap produk semen PPC selama ini hanya menggunakan analisis kimia dengan batas spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Dari hasil pemeriksaan tersebut belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi dengan menggunakan analisis kapabilitas proses sehingga tidak diketahui apakah hasil proses produksi sudah kapabel atau tidak. Hasil analisis kapabilitas proses semen PPC pada periode Februari dan Maret 2018 dimana sebelumnya dilakukan pengendalian kualitas statistika dengan peta diketahui bahwa proses telah terkendali secara statistika namun tidak kapabel, dimana fase I dengan Cp sebesar 1,38 dan Cpk sebesar 0,23, fase II dengan Cp sebesar 1,32 dan Cpk sebesar 0,17. Akar penyebab dari ketidaksesuaian kandungan mesh dalam pada produk semen PPC cenderung disebabkan oleh faktor mesin yang sering trouble dan setiing mesin yang berbeda-beda.=================================================================PT. Semen Gresik (Persero) Tbk is one owned by BUMN in Indonesia and is one of the biggest cement producer in Indonesia, where cement products are available in the market and the most widely produced are PPC cement with variable quality characteristics ie mesh content. The company determines the quality of the PPC cement product so far only uses chemical analysis with the specification limits set by the company. From the results of the examination has not been evaluated by using process capability analysis so it is not known whether the production process is already capable or not. Results of capability analysis of PPC cement process in the period of February and March 2018 where previously performed statistical quality control with the chart known that the process has been controlled statistically but not capable, where phase I with Cp of 1,38 and Cpk of 0,23, phase II with Cp of 1,32 and Cpk of 0,17. The root cause of the mismatch of mesh content in PPC cement products is likely to be caused by engine factors that often trouble and setiing different machines.
